@BestBuyCanada, this has still not been resolved from a customer standpoint. This has got to be one of the worst experiences thus far for a long-time customer. Just horrible.

@BestBuyCanHelp @BestBuyCanada Nope, not the issue at all. I'm still blocked due to "inappropriate behaviour". It's been over 24 hours, and still no shipping update, no tracking number, and no accountability to be honest. Definitely a horrible preorder experience thus far. #fail

I'd suggest trying to chat using a different Internet connection (a phone's data plan, for example.)...

@BestBuyCanada, after "speaking" to a service rep, a supervisor had to open a fulfillment case with regard to my order as problems were clearly evident. Blocking customers and labelling them as "inappropriate conduct" is so wrong on your LIVE CHAT team. #service gone wrong!
