@Ticketmaster @taylorswift13 I waited 3 hours to purchase tickets for my daughters for Christmas, we had tickets to the show in 2020 that was canceled. Only to finally be able to purchase tickets and have it crash and no longer be able to even access.

@Ticketmaster I was in line for 3 hours, and when it was my turn to purchase the entire system crashed and I can no longer access the que.
