Some people think 15 sets of 2 reps is crazy for bench press
It’s not crazy, it’s only 30 reps
What is crazy, is the amount of people out there doing 3x10 on bench, which is also 30 reps but with MUCH less weight

@JeremyFrisch I've had conversations with people in my local school district about this. They don't care. My idea is PE 3 days a week (minimum) and 2 30 minute recesses. One morning, one afternoon, every day. Behaviors will be better and they'll learn more. Exercise is vital for children

Milk Bowl was conceived by Ken Squier and consists of three 50 lap segments, with the running order inverted between segments. The driver with the best average finish is declared the winner. It creates incredibly compelling racing. I still want that as a All Star Race someday.

@QualkTalk I hand wrote my notes for every class. One day I tried typing them. I walked out of class not having a clue what I just learned. I never did it again. When I wrote them, I could visualize where it was on the page. Writing notes is a huge advantage.

I decided to type out notes for a class. I had the professor before and felt it would be more efficient and help me catch more of his lectures.
When I went to study for the midterm, I realized I retained almost nothing. Dozens of pages, zero recall.

@dmcalpi Georgia has invested much more in basketball in recent years than in previous years. This roster is more collectively talented than any I can remember top to bottom.
Definitely enough talent to prevent this team from going on a 27-4 run in a must-win game in February.

Mark Fox made the NCAA Tourney twice. Had a 3-year stretch where Georgia went 12-6, 11-7 & 10-8 in the SEC.
Mark Fox had a .551 win percentage at UGA. Mike White has a .549 win percentage.
