@EE Your data protection team should also be interested in why you are sending me (not an EE customer) details of one of your customers. I now know their name and address. I’m guessing they wouldn’t be all that pleased with that.

@OctopusEnergy hi, moving home on the 3rd, and while my electricity switch looks all ready, the gas one seems stuck at "Passed industry checks". Given there were complications with the addr on the DB being wrong for gas meter, are you able to confirm all ok for Monday? :-/

Hey Darren, this sounds like an 'erroneous transfer' where the wrong meter point has been incorrectly switched over to us. This can happen if the meter point admin numbers are incorrect by even one digit by a neighbour for example. Can you send over your Mum's details via DM and I'll help get this sorted? 🐙

@OctopusEnergy my mum has just called and has an email (well two actually) from you saying “sorry you are leaving” She hasn’t requested a move - It doesn’t say who requested it - just another energy supplier. Are you able to help given phone lines closed today?

@StagecoachSE Doesn’t really help as the drivers seem to be regularly leaving 5 mins early! Both myself and my wife have seen it repeatedly :-( Many connections from the 16 service missed because of this

@dmchapman Hi, sorry for the delay in responding, The bus is scheduled to arrive in Folkestone Bus Station at 17:01 and depart at 17:07 as per the timetable. It is a scheduled layover break to help alleviate any late running. Hope this helps. L

Once again going to miss the connection with the 16 at 11:08. When you stopped running the 16s from hythe it was claimed the 102 service would be increased to make up for it. It isn’t working. Journey routinely takes almost 2 hrs now due to late and cancelled 102s.

@Se_Railway Out of interest, do you know what the reasoning for this is? (Beyond making more cash!). I can get a return to Tonbridge or Maidstone, but not Canterbury or Hernebay for example. I assume there is logic there somewhere?? :-)

@Se_Railway hi, trying to book a return FKW to Canterbury going Wed lunch return Thur afternoon. Why no return tickets available? I can see singles and day returns only. Is that correct? Makes it far more expensive (don’t want advance singles - need a bit of flexibility)

@dmchapman @Se_Railway I've never understood this. Go and come back the same day is affordable, but if you want to come back the next day it costs double. The government were going to make changes to get rid of this craziness, but that would make too much sense.

@StagecoachSE No. It never turned up. The 7:30 arrived 7 mins late so missed the connection to the 16 at Folkestone. Had to wait for the next 16 which then broke down just off a2 Half past 9 and only at canterbury bus station. Wife will be an hour late to work. Complete joke of a service

@StagecoachSE what’s happened to the 7:15 102 from Sandgate? App was showing it a few mins late and now it’s vanished. Only way to get to Canterbury in time for work now the 16s stop at folkestone - how can the first bus just disappear? So much for the promise of more 102s
