@dmf500

So much of what is best in us is bound up in our love of family, that it remains the measure of our stability because it measures our sense of loyalty.

So if you don’t show love, you will be shown a bullet. Let’s hope these men are currently under investigation and surveillance before any more public figures are murdered.

If you don't agree with them...If you don't 'show love'... they'll show you bullets...😱 Yet people say 'the poor vulnerable transwomen' what harm are they doing?? They're scary, frightening men who get a kick out of terrifying women! @aberdeenuni

When you embed a foundationally dangerous lie into society and call it 'kindness', it makes you say - and advocate for - absolutely appalling things. It also makes you incapable of logical thought.

Two weeks before Amnesty International released a report attacking women’s advocacy and LGB organisations as “anti-rights”, I interviewed its director about the impact of gender ideology on women and girls. Here’s the full interaction.

You might remember that time Amnesty activists picketed the FILIA conference in Portsmouth . Protesters chanted and held signs from Amnesty International saying “I am who I say I am” along with homemade signs saying “No TERFs on Pompey TURF” and “suck my dick you transphobic cunt”. They chalked obscene and threatening messages and pictures on the ground where a vigil for murdered women was due to be held.

@ForWomenScot @nats_tired @AmnestyUK @amnesty @bellingcat They talk about a snowball-It’s trans identifying ideology which has been the snowball-it wasn’t till male fetishists came scurrying into the light like cockroaches making demands on women &contaminating children with their counterfeit ideas that women were forced to speak up

Euan @euanmccolm is right, Amnesty is wrong. The (mainly) women in movement are nothing like passive and indistinguishable bits of snow being rolled into a ball by some external designer. Perhaps the most fundamental failure in all of this has been how powerful organisations have discounted the agency of ordinary women, as they sought to give our rights away.

BBC refers to Heather Herbert, a trans-identified man, as "she." By attributing this behavor to a woman, the BBC does a disservice to women and to the public, and once again makes it clear that ideology trumps news. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Amnesty have written to people saying “We regret ‘A growing threat: the anti-rights movement in the UK’ briefing was uploaded to our website without going through the established internal review processes that are in place to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with Amnesty International UK's positions. It's use of language does not reflect the position of Amnesty International UK which is why it was promptly removed.” “We remain committed to defending human rights, including both the rights of women and the rights of trans people.” This is insulting double-speak.

Whilst I understand the detriment to Beira’s Place is real, and focussing on @jk_rowling get clicks it’s a shame that mainstream press coverage of the Amnesty debacle is not also focussing on us smaller groups listed who do not have the same power or influence to defend ourselves
