@KellyClinger Been there. Got a discover card. If I can pay cash for something, I can use the card and pay it after the sale posts. Have never paid interest. Have gotten thousands in points. And credit score jumped up quickly. Good luck.

Can we start a movement to end the use of credit scores? I paid my credit cards off & my score dropped by over 200 points. Which means I have no debt but because my credit score is in the toilet I can’t qualify for anything. Credit scores are a joke. Oh & one of the credit cards I paid off kept increasing their interest rate. When I paid it off the interest rate was 44%. That should be ILLEGAL. Why is America so dang backwards??

@fire_starter457 Ballroom is being paid for by private donations. Top-secret military complex will be taxpayer funded. Transferring student loan debt to taxpayers is not right! These people took the money & knew they were required to pay it back. I did not agree to pay their loans!

Remember 2 years ago when Biden was doing everything he could to cancel student debt and Republicans were fighting him every step of the way? Those same Republicans are now fighting for a $400 million taxpayer funded ballroom. But yeah..both parties are the same.🤦‍♂️

Last year Republicans gutted SNAP & kicked millions of families off food assistance to pay for tax cuts for billionaires. Now they want to double down & extend those cuts for 5 years—hurting children, elders, & folks with disabilities. I am vehemently opposed & urge my colleagues to vote NO.

I want a mechanic to fix my car, not my dentist. I want a doctor to do my surgery, not a police officer. And, I want the Department of Education to handle our children’s education, not other random agencies.

@DavidJHarrisJr If you forget your ID, simply go home and get it. It's not like people haven't forgotten wallets, etc and had to go home for it. If it's expired, you have bigger issues like driving with an expired license.

@BTCBreadMan I've had both cloth & leather. No issues w/ either. Regards to the cost, simply tell him you would pay for the Camry (or am I wrong?) but if he wants the other car he is responsible for the difference. You will find kids are more frugal when the money comes out of their pocket.

Took my 16 year old to look at cars today. At first he loved the Toyota Camry we looked at, but when he saw the seats were cloth he hard vetoed it. They have another one with leather seats, but it’s an XLE and costs $5k more. How can I change his mind so I can save some money?
