@WheatLife I believe Glyphosate is registered to be used as a harvest aid on Winter Wheat at soft dough stage - I’ve seen it used on wheat but it’s probably very rare.

FYI, I do not know anyone who uses Roundup as a desiccant. If I ever needed a desiccant; I would actually go buy a desiccant. "They" might use gly before a crop is planted - but "they" would not apply to growing crop. If emergency weed cntrl needed; very tight rules apply.

It is an absolute lie that glyphosate is needed for 80% of U.S. food production. Glyphosate is sprayed on wheat crops as a DESSICANT - a drying agent. Not to kill weeds. So they poison the entire wheat supply just to speed the drying time which gets farmers paid 3-4 days earlier than allowing wheat to dry in the sun (which is how it's been done for centuries). If all the glyphosate disappeared tomorrow, we would still be growing wheat, corn, soy and other crops. We just wouldn't be eating cancer-causing poison weedkiller chemicals.

incorrect. to carry the heat away, they must use a huge amount of "new" water as the used water is heated and won't cool sufficiently
here's some data to debunk your point
