WRT #Agile is part of the problem that we frame it as a Way of Working rather than a Way of Thinking?

@TalkTalk over two months now and due to tech issues still can't upgrade my line or cancel tv which I can't use. Whenever I call always takes over 45min and the final response is always, "Nothing else I can do, it's been escalated"
