@dollarsanddata I think what becomes more valuable is real knowledge, and real decision-making. A large number of jobs will be exposed for what they are - masquerading for knowledge jobs, and in reality being “bullshit” jobs - unnecessary and redundant.

“Knowledge is now worth zero” is such a bad take for so many reasons. I agree that knowledge isn’t worth anything if it’s just a verifiable fact. What’s 1+ 1? Who was the President in 1864? Etc. This information is worthless. But anytime there is nuance, preference, or decision-making under uncertainty, then knowledge matters. The reason is simple—lots of questions don’t have a correct answer. And when they don’t have a correct answer, knowledge is how you weigh the tradeoffs to make the best decision. AI is very bad at this because you can gaslight it to agree with anything. It never stands its ground. How can such a thing replace lived experience? It can’t. Knowledge is still valuable. Don’t let the doomers fool you.

Some of these companies - if you read their annual reports, you wouldn’t go within 10 miles of. Management treating the listed company like a personal slush fund, financed by small shareholders. IPO proceeds never used for intended purposes. Etc. etc.

The host is paid within 24hrs of check-in - book for tonight and they get money tomorrow. A few bookings can cover food, repairs, or simply remind them they’re not forgotten. You guys know me - I lived in 💚🇯🇲 for 5 years - this one’s personal. #HurricaneMelissa #OneLove
