@UPS has the absolute worst customer service and delivery service. They will have their agents lie you about delivery times and stops. Constantly gaslighting the customer and apologizing instead of assisting with solutions. I would suggest using @USPS or @FedEx services.

@CapitalOne @CapitalOneBiz To only offer benefits to accounts open prior to service is mediocre at best and does not offer any kind of benefits to those who have opened accounts while on Active Duty! What can you do about this? What benefits can be offered to AD members?

@CapitalOne @capitalonenews your SCRA is misleading. Even though the act is a base line for companies to follow, I’ve seen others go above and beyond to offer Military Benefits to service members, especially Active Duty.

I see why the students protest at @HowardU ! They seem to treat employees the same way. With lies, non-communication, and disrespect. Especially those married to military personnel. @VP @KamalaHarris this is how your alma mater treats the spouses of military service members?
