@Rajatsoni Because it’s their money - actually a fraction of what they paid into the system while they were working and now, they’re only getting what they were promised. You could change the rules going forward but you can’t make it retroactive just because you think “they have enough”

@bennetthaselton @JewsFightBack @AmmiHirsch Put his statement in context - he always qualifies it in a way that would mean the end of Israel as a Jewish state. That is anti-Israel
English

Well Mamdani has said publicly he thinks Israel has a right to exist (as a state with equal rights for all):
timesofisrael.com/what-nyc-mayor…
You're claiming that in a private conversation with a rabbi, he took a more *anti*-Israel position than his public stance. This doesn't make much sense.
English

Rabbi @AmmiHirsch sat down with Zohran Mamdani.
He came with an open mind.
He left with a pit in his stomach.
Zohran made it crystal clear:
He doesn’t believe Israel has any right to exist.
Not within the ‘67 lines.
Not within the ‘48 borders.
Not at all.
That’s not “policy disagreement.”
That’s Hamas with better PR.
That’s the ideology behind October 7th.
And now it’s running New York City.

@allenanalysis She also laughed at Charlie Kirk’s death and said JD Vance was secretly gay, so her objectivity could be reasonably questioned. As in bat-shit crazy

@RpsAgainstTrump What if his political opponents committed crimes? Broke the law? Should they get a pass because they oppose Trump? The political class has been bending rules - both sides - for decades
English

Remember when the biggest corruption story of the year was Bill Clinton meeting Loretta Lynch on a plane? Now we have a sitting President openly directing his AG to prosecute political enemies, firing prosecutors who refuse, and not one Republican in Congress sees a problem with it
Republicans against Trump@RpsAgainstTrump
This is INSANE

@KeithOlbermann @ICEgov Jesus - I didn’t know you were still around
English

Just remember if you get into any trouble at the border: the head of @ICEgov is available for sale for... $50,000

@DeerBLB @Hiloix @ResisttheMS She was hand picked by Eddie Bernice Johnson to be her successor in an overwhelmingly democratic district. No one else had a chance

@LibOrNormal “Buffee Best holds photos of her sister-in-law, Ashleigh Best, before the sentencing of Kenneth Lee Drew Jan. 10, 2017. Best died in a car accident while fleeing Drew, who was attempting to repossess Best's car.” She’s suffered her own losses - you think she’d have more empathy

English

@AnItalianMan @smerconish @charliekirk11 He might be a little biased after two assasination attempts. What are the chances it’s not a Democrat?
English

@smerconish @charliekirk11 When the president is only concerned about violence against republicans. Then it will never end.
It will be inflamed.
What people need to call out is all the republicans who are going to their corners and blaming this on democrats. When they haven’t even found the person yet
English

I hoped this unspeakable tragedy would lower the nation's temperature. Watching television and perusing the Internet, I was naive. RIP @charliekirk11
English

@Vinipizzetta11 @smerconish @charliekirk11 So you’re blaming Trump for Charlie Kirk’s murder? Please explain how mean tweets or something Trump said lead directly to someone loading a rifle, finding a snipers nest, and murdering someone. You do know you can not like someone and NOT murder them, right?
English

@smerconish @charliekirk11 Michael, please, enough with the being in the center. It is Trump that continues to fan the flames of division and hatred in OUR country. Remember, he is the one who told his supporters that he “Will be your retribution”. Call him out for what he really is.

@QudsNen I'm pretty sure the Israeli families had tears too over their family members returned dead.
English

A Palestinian prisoner, freed after 23 years in Israeli detention, returned home so changed that his own family struggled to recognize him.
He was freed as part of the delayed seventh batch of the prisoner exchange deal and was greeted with tearful embraces.
His uncle, overwhelmed with emotion, at first failed to recognize the man who had been taken from them decades ago.
