Hey @united, My flight landed in ORD on time and sent to a gate that has yet to be vacated. So far it's been 40 minutes of waiting for the plane at this gate to depart. I have to get from this remote gate to another terminal to connect with my next flight. Why do this?

Hey @AirCanada, as a member of one of your elite tiers, I usually get placed in boarding group 2. Coming back on a round trip, first leg, @United recognized me in its elite tiers and put me in group 2, but in group 5 with Air Canada for leg 2. Why? You're both Alliance partners.
