Petrol bombs are cheap, but ineffective against armored trucks. But I bet drones could fly them right into the most vulnerable components, disabling fifty thousand dollar police vehicles for a few hundred dollars in ordinance, while the pilot rests in the comfort of his home a kilometre away. This could be done while the vehicles are in the parking lot, before they even deploy.
No one should ever do this.
