🚨ONCE AGAIN🚨 TRACK IS A VARSITY SPORT. The same commitment you put in other sports is required for track. You don’t get to skip practices and then expect to compete. If you tell your coach you’d do the same for other sport then just join a rec league 🤷🏿‍♂️

@CoachBrandonJr Ummm…as a high school cross country coach I would let him keep doing 800’s till the state xc meet. Contrary to popular belief, lots of xc coaches ain’t buildin their xc teams off of Summer track kids. Most of us feel like whatever they bring, they bring 🤷🏽‍♂️🤣
