@AaronBastani That’s revisionist history. Arab states and militant groups started the war in 1947–48, and it has never truly ended. It will only end when Israel is either destroyed or its neighbours accept its right to exist and live in peace.

@GraemeBandeira First outside pint of the spring. Still brass monkeys but the sun is peaking through the clouds. Other drinkers join and gradually the pavement extends and takes over the double yellow and the bike path. Truly one of the great days of the year.

Views on Rory’s inventive wine list ? Premier Crus Bordeaux, Exclusive White Burgundy. Iconic most well known and expensive Sauterne and ultra expensive small house champagne. Could be decided by just browsing the dearest bottle in a Carte du Vin at your nearest Nobu? … meh

In the end firms knew who else I worked for and just scraped my prices from others and cancelled their contracts. Once it’s out there in any medium it’s a shark feeding frenzy with no morals
