Look for all the chemtrail conspiracy people, here is what you are looking at as simple as possible When you look up and see those long white lines behind airplanes in the sky, most people call them contrails (short for "condensation trails"). What they really are (science version – super simple): Airplanes burn jet fuel → that makes hot exhaust with lots of water vapor (like your breath on a cold day). Up super high (30,000–40,000 feet), it's freezing cold (like -40°F or colder). The hot water vapor hits that icy air and instantly turns into tiny ice crystals (basically baby clouds). That's the white line you see. If the air up there is dry → the line disappears fast (poof, gone in seconds or minutes). If the air up there is humid/wet → the ice crystals don't melt/sublimate right away, so the line stays visible for hours, spreads out, and looks like weird stripes or haze.The "chemtrails" idea (conspiracy version – also simple): Some people look at those long-lasting lines and say: "Nope, that's not just water/ice. That's the government (or secret rich people) deliberately spraying POISON/CHEMICALS from planes!
