how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

Bros and sis, to everyone seeing this and still capable of reading more than 2 sentences. Not in line with MAGA. The changes and events of the last months have placed every person who is still capable of thinking, and who still wants to look toward the future with freedom, self determination, and peace, before a serious challenge. We are living through a time in which confusion is being manufactured faster than truth can travel. Fear is being mass produced, repeated, packaged, and sold back to ordinary people as if it were wisdom. We are told to fear strangers, to fear neighbours, to fear other nations, to fear those who speak another language, worship differently, or simply refuse to kneel before the same machinery of power. But the deeper danger does not come from the poor, the displaced, the foreign, or the ordinary citizen struggling to survive. The deeper danger comes from those who have learned how to rule through division, spectacle, and permanent emotional exhaustion. Across much of the world, a new political climate has emerged. It is louder, more shameless, more theatrical, and more openly contemptuous of truth than before. It does not seek to persuade through dignity or reason. It seeks to dominate through repetition, emotional manipulation, and the deliberate erosion of public trust. It thrives by turning every crisis into a weapon and every human fear into an instrument. It tells people that cruelty is realism, that ignorance is strength, and that solidarity is weakness. It trains millions to confuse noise with leadership and aggression with competence. At the same time, immense concentrations of wealth have become concentrations of political power, media power, cultural power, and narrative power. Billionaire elites no longer merely influence the world. In many cases, they shape the emotional conditions under which politics itself is experienced. They buy platforms, newspapers, influence, and political actors. They amplify lies, suppress inconvenient truths, and then present themselves as defenders of freedom while narrowing the space in which freedom can actually exist. They speak endlessly of open debate while building systems that reward outrage, tribalism, obedience, and distraction. This is one of the defining tragedies of our era. The language of liberty has been hijacked by people whose real interest is control. The language of patriotism has been hijacked by people who would sell their own societies piece by piece if it secured them another quarter of profit or another cycle of power. The language of security has been hijacked by those who profit from instability. The language of truth has been hijacked by professional liars who know that if they flood public life with enough falsehood, contradiction, and staged outrage, many people will eventually give up on the possibility of truth altogether. And that surrender is exactly what they want. Once a population no longer believes that truth can be known, it becomes easier to govern through spectacle. Once people no longer believe that decency has practical value, it becomes easier to normalise brutality. Once people no longer believe that their neighbour is fundamentally human, it becomes easier to justify exclusion, persecution, and violence. Once people are exhausted enough, frightened enough, and isolated enough, they begin to accept conditions they would once have resisted with clarity and shame. This is why dignity matters now more than ever. Dignity is not a decorative word. It is a political and moral foundation. It means refusing to let human beings be reduced to propaganda categories. It means refusing to let refugees become symbols, workers become disposable, dissenters become enemies, and truth tellers become targets. It means insisting that people are more than the fears projected onto them by cynical men in expensive suits and louder men behind microphones. Dignity means remembering that every society reveals its moral condition by the way it speaks about the vulnerable, not by the way it flatters the powerful. Truth matters just as much. Not the convenient truth of partisan tribes. Not the edited truth of purchased media. Not the theatrical truth of political branding. Real truth. Difficult truth. Truth that resists simplification. Truth that refuses to be bent around the ego of demagogues or the interests of oligarchs. Truth that asks who profits from war. Truth that asks who benefits when oil prices rise and ordinary families are squeezed harder. Truth that asks who gains when media ecosystems become more concentrated, more hysterical, and less accountable. Truth that asks why the same people who preach sacrifice are so often insulated from the consequences of the policies they support. When wars expand, when fear expands, when prices rise, when social trust collapses, and when public discourse becomes poisoned, someone profits. Someone always profits. There are industries that thrive on permanent insecurity. There are political careers built on feeding people a sense of siege. There are corporate structures that grow stronger the more fragmented society becomes. There are entire ecosystems of power that depend on keeping citizens afraid, distracted, divided, and suspicious of one another. This is why we must reject the lie that history is driven only by inevitability. The present crisis is not just an accident. It is also the product of choices. Choices by leaders who find conflict useful. Choices by media and influencer figures who find dishonesty profitable. Choices by billionaire owners who find social fragmentation easier to manage than a population united by material interests and moral clarity. Choices by political actors who would rather invent enemies below them than confront the structures above them. And so we must make different choices. We must choose not to become emotionally programmable. We must choose not to let hatred be installed in us like software. We must choose not to confuse dehumanisation with strength. We must choose not to let our minds be colonised by narratives designed to turn us against one another while those at the top consolidate wealth, land, media, and state power. We must choose not to become a society of frightened spectators, endlessly scrolling through managed outrage while the terms of reality are rewritten above our heads. Togetherness is not sentimental. It is strategic. It is civilisational. It is one of the few remaining answers to a world built increasingly around engineered alienation. The people who want to rule through fear know something very well. Isolated individuals are easier to manipulate than communities. Suspicious populations are easier to mislead than trusting ones. Despairing citizens are easier to exhaust than hopeful ones. People who are constantly told to fear each other rarely look up long enough to examine the structures profiting from their fear. That is why solidarity is dangerous to them. Solidarity interrupts the script. It reminds the worker that the migrant is not the architect of his exploitation. It reminds the citizen that the dissenter is not the cause of national decline. It reminds the public that the journalist who still has courage is not the enemy, but perhaps one of the last barriers against total narrative capture. It reminds us that ordinary people across borders often have more in common with one another than they do with the elites who claim to speak in their name while sacrificing their future. And yes, the geopolitical order is changing. Old assumptions are breaking apart. Alliances are becoming more unstable. Military posturing is intensifying. Economic shocks are being felt across societies already strained by inflation, housing pressure, psychological fatigue, and institutional distrust. But this moment of instability must not become an excuse for intellectual surrender. Quite the opposite. It demands more maturity, more discipline, more moral courage, and more seriousness from all of us. We cannot answer manipulation with passivity. We cannot answer propaganda with apathy. We cannot answer concentrated power with private cynicism. Cynicism is one of the most successful products ever sold by failed elites. It convinces people that nothing can be done, that all truth is performance, that all politics is corruption, and that all resistance is naive. It empties the citizen of agency before the battle even begins. It teaches resignation and calls it sophistication. Resignation is defeat before defeat. The task now is not merely to complain. It is to recover inner and public sovereignty. To rebuild the habit of independent thought. To reward seriousness again. To defend institutions when they serve the public and expose them when they do not. To support truthful journalism where it still exists. To resist algorithmic conditioning. To speak with precision. To think historically. To reject the manipulation of language. To become harder to deceive. We must also reclaim memory. One of the methods of modern power is the destruction of continuity. Every week brings a new outrage, a new scandal, a new emergency, a new manufactured distraction. The public is pulled from shock to shock until nothing remains in consciousness long enough to become understanding. But memory is resistance. To remember patterns is to weaken manipulation. To recognise recurring techniques of fear, scapegoating, spectacle, enrichment, and narrative control is to deny them their greatest advantage, which is public amnesia. We should say clearly that not every leader who wraps himself in national symbolism serves the nation. Not every rich man who speaks of innovation serves humanity. Not every media empire that speaks of openness serves truth. Not every war justified in the language of necessity is morally or strategically honest. Not every rise in prices is simply unfortunate. Many things presented as unavoidable are in fact profitable to the right people. Many narratives presented as realism are simply cover stories for organised greed. A decent society cannot be built on lies about reality and hatred toward the vulnerable. It cannot be sustained by endless humiliation, manipulation, and extraction. It cannot remain free if public language is degraded beyond recognition. It cannot remain stable if wealth keeps buying truth, influence, and the right to evade consequences. And it cannot remain peaceful if political actors continue to discover that fear is more useful to them than reason. So let us speak plainly. We do not need more manufactured panic. We do not need more billionaire saviours. We do not need more purchased narratives. We do not need more synthetic enemies. We do not need more men who gamble with the world and then ask ordinary people to pay the bill. We need courage without cruelty. We need truth without theatre. We need strength without dehumanisation. We need leadership without corruption. We need media without oligarchic capture. We need politics without permanent psychological warfare. We need peace pursued with seriousness, not used as a slogan while systems of exploitation deepen behind the curtain. And above all, we need each other. Not in the shallow sense of branding or empty unity slogans. In the real sense. In the sense that societies survive only when enough people refuse to surrender their conscience. In the sense that democracy survives only when enough people refuse to outsource thinking. In the sense that truth survives only when enough people still care to defend it. In the sense that peace survives only when enough people understand that hatred is always easier to ignite than to extinguish. To those who still think, do not be intimidated by the volume of the age. Noise is not authority. Repetition is not proof. Wealth is not wisdom. Performance is not leadership. A bought platform is not a moral voice. A frightened crowd is not a clear headed public. And a system that trains people to hate strangers while ignoring concentrated power is not a healthy civilisation. It is a decaying one. So stand upright. Guard your mind. Protect your dignity. Refuse false choices. Refuse manipulated fear. Refuse the invitation to become small, cruel, and obedient. Refuse the seduction of narratives designed to make you forget who benefits from division. Keep your humanity intact. Keep your standards intact. Keep your ability to recognise truth intact, even when truth becomes inconvenient, unfashionable, or dangerous to speak. Because in times like these, dignity is resistance. Truth is resistance. Solidarity is resistance. And the refusal to hate on command is resistance. The price of failure can be seen in the attached video, where Trump’s friend and role model Putin has for years stripped people of property, truth, and dignity. Do we really want to end like this, buried underground far from the places we once lived, having lost everything for nothing, for dictators and lies? Thank you for reading this far. You belong to the small minority. I’d be interested to hear what you have to say about it.

$REPPO keeps shipping. And it’s not just updates for the sake of it, the chart is starting to reflect that work. Price holding while BTC chops. Higher lows forming. Buyers stepping in on dips. That usually means smart money is positioning for the next leg. 💠 Live products 💠 Weekly releases 💠 Subnets, data markets, and agent rails already active 💠 Real usage forming before attention fully arrives This is what early infrastructure plays look like before they go on a violent run. Don't fade $REPPO, it's only getting started. 🫡
Reppo@reppo

It's not a promise, Reppo ecosystem product(s) are live. No need to speculate. We will tell you exactly who we are and what we are building. And we ship every week. Not once a quarter.

As mentioned… If you’ve been seeing any of my post. I highly recommend tapping in with whatever @ReplyCorp is cooking… ReplyCorp is for sure Locked In on All Things Future And the game just changed… @ACorp_Foundry The Future Of Agentic Commerce Is Here… Your Early Join The Waitlist Fam $Reply
ReplyCorp@ReplyCorp

ANNOUNCING A-CORP FOUNDRY, by ReplyCorp Labs. We all see the future where agents run businesses. So far, most of the focus on agentic commerce has been tunnel-visioned in on trading, or narrowly confined to the early agent-to-agent economy. As you know, at ReplyCorp, we believe in the power of Human commerce. We see ReplyCorp as key to broadening agents’ economic horizons beyond their current limits and into the much larger economic world. Not just humans buying from and selling to agents. But humans working together with agents, more powerful side-by-side than either could be alone. What began as an internal exploration of how agents could use ReplyCorp’s services quickly became something much bigger. A platform for agentic-human businesses. A shared economy of opportunity. We’re calling them A-Corps. And the A-Corp Foundry WAITLIST IS NOW LIVE! Just point your agent at the site to join the waitlist (or go there and join yourself). Your agent will be notified the moment the service launches, and will be first to leverage every tool available to grow your business at the pace of agentic intelligence and the scale of the human economy. So what is the connection between these two companies? ACorp Foundry will NOT have a token. It is a revenue-based business through fees & data. The only ticker in our ecosystem is $REPLY. ReplyCorp has effectively built itself a customer which will leverage ReplyCorp Referrals from day one. But it’s more than that. ReplyCorp Referrals create a massive structural distribution advantage for our A-Corps over every other agentic business offering that emerges. As they scale, they’ll scale ReplyCorp with them, both growing our revenue, and buying & burning $REPLY through credit purchases at the scale of the coming explosion of agentic commerce. With this move, the Future of Agentic Business will grow hand-in-hand with the Future of Social Commerce.

Good opportunities to add to more $REI and $REPPO at these levels. Both charts still have structure. Momentum building back up after healthy pullbacks. More importantly, both teams just keep shipping: 💠 $REI grinding for over a year, integrated across the agent stack. 💠 $REPPO tightening token value with V2 and subnet staking. This is the kind of price action I want when building my positions. Don’t underestimate how far these two can go.

What actually moved Monday Brief @ReplyCorp The partnership with @10xtradingapp shifted from announcement to mechanism. Referral integrations are now active. Commissions flow from engagement without manual routing. This reduces dependence on links. Attribution sits closer to the interaction itself. ⇒ Referral commissions automated from tagged engagement ⇒ Incentive loop tightened between platform and trader behavior @zoofwallet attribution also went live under the same logic. Post tagging now routes 50% of attributed user fees back to originators. This makes participation measurable. And measurability makes coordination harder to fake. ⇒ 50% fee share activated through attribution layer ⇒ Referral stats surfaced for behavioral visibility @reppo Amplified attention around Virtuals Protocol’s upcoming Demo Day. Production-ready AI agents positioned as deployable infrastructure. Not just narrative. Agents require data, attribution, and persistent coordination. The signal here is adjacency. Agent systems increasingly depend on structured data markets. ⇒ Demo Day highlights production-ready agent deployments Stability itself is signal when integrations above it accelerate. Monday lens discipline Incentives are being formalized into code paths. When commissions, attribution, and fee sharing become automatic, behavior aligns without persuasion. Discipline is when systems reward the right action by default.

You are way too clueless to have that many followers. After everything that’s publicly documented and measurable, after what the American public has actually paid for in higher deficits, legal costs, trade wars and inflationary policies, he’s still running defense like none of it happened. And the stimulus check comparison is pure theater. Those checks were a temporary policy tool passed by Congress, not some personal gift, and they were followed by massive spending, more debt and long-term economic consequences that people are still paying for. Using them now as a talking point to attack the Supreme Court just shows he doesn’t understand how any part of the system works. Big audience, zero grasp of basic facts.
