Up to $220,000 base salary and $1M in equity. The mandate: open 3+ cafes globally.
That's insane. But I love it.

@JaredDHardin@shawngorham Great advice by Shawn. Hardest part starting out is understanding (and accepting) most of the outreach you do now will pay off in sometimes 6mos to 3yrs. Thats why scale is crucial.
Try to end calls with “you cool if I check back around ______ to see if anything has changed?”
