@dpSingh702 You can host a framer site for free -- it'll just have the logo on it and have the framer URL if you customize it. It's 100% free.
English

@dpSingh702 but there are a lot of free options for hosting. did you try one of those sites?
English

@luke_pighetti @seraleev exactly — SEO spam is not marketing
real marketing is making people feel something before they even click
most builders confuse visibility with distribution
English

@dpSingh702 @seraleev the problem is none (ok, few) of these apps are doing marketing they are just flooding the search results and fighting over what was already small to begin with
English

February 2025 is the moment we should remember.
After the release of agentic coding, the number of new iOS apps went vertical: +25%, +29%, +40%, +47%, then +60% by December 2025.
Barriers collapsed. Thousands of new developers flooded the App Store.
The result: organic is nearly gone, ASO barely moves the needle, competition is up.
The new core skill is not building. It is getting customers.

@Iamjuscelino @zuess05 exactly this
mental model separates the people who use AI as a calculator vs the ones who use it as a thought partner
the magic phrases crowd will always hit a ceiling
English

@dpSingh702 @zuess05 Knowing what to ask and why is the real skill — prompting is just the execution layer. The people getting outsized results from AI have a mental model of what the model is actually doing, not just a list of magic phrases.
English

@dpSingh702 hard to switch your brain out of that mode even after the company grows
English

@SevierlyBlessed @LurkAtHomeMom it will swing back but slowly
people are already paying premium for simplicity — see how Apple's "it just works" still sells
the market always corrects, just not as fast as our patience allows
English

@LurkAtHomeMom Yes, I keep waiting for the pendulum to swing back in the other direction. It has to, right? Right????

@jenblanchette @LurkAtHomeMom the checkout process has become the product and the actual product is secondary
3 upsells, 2 account creation prompts, and a loyalty program just to buy a bottle of water
cash was actually peak UX
English

@LurkAtHomeMom I just want to buy something and pay for the goods I am purchasing, and that is all. I don't want to log in, give a number, give an email, scan something from the app,, use points, decline a credit card offer, decline text messages, I just want to exchange money for stuff.
English

@LurkAtHomeMom built a telegram bot just because of this exact feeling
one command. everything in one place.
the irony is i had to build more software to escape software
English

@luke_pighetti @seraleev distribution is the new moat, not the product
20 apps in every niche means the best marketer wins, not the best builder
which is genuinely painful if you're a builder who just wants to build
English

@SrinivasanSS52 building with Claude + Telegram bot architecture here
solo dev, shipped a tool that connects gmail, slack, github, notion into one bot
always down to connect with engineers actually shipping things vs just talking about AI
English

@sickdotdev gmail, telegram, github — that's honestly it for me daily
everything else i automated into a telegram bot so i don't have to open separate apps
the "50 tools" lists are written by people who use 3 tools and affiliate link the other 47
English

What tools do small business owners actually use every day?
Everywhere online I see “50 must-have tools” lists, but I can’t imagine anyone realistically using even half of them.
Most people I know use just a few things:
- payments
- invoicing
- maybe a CRM
- something to get customers
That’s it.
What tools are actually part of your daily workflow?
English

@dpSingh702 Getting my Claude account banned. 🫠 I had Claude build my Gstack for the claw agents but I should have publicly checked this.
English

@rezenmann @jn_jackk this is exactly right — tool switching is procrastination disguised as optimization
the real problem is signal vs noise at scale. AI digest per account manager is the move — relevant context delivered, not raw firehose
English

Slack is still good even at 150+ clients, moving to a different tool wont solve issue. core problems at this level are in not knowing what’s happening with each client + team constantly missing items. those are quite easy solved by consolidating all comms data (slack, calls, emails) into a database and letting AI prepare client digest for each POD/account manager/etc on a daily basis letting responsible ppl know what they have missed/what must be addressed + general sentiment analysis.
