@airindia@airindiain I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on my recent flight. I was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy without any prior notification. When I inquired, I was told to change my flight, which I cannot do due to personal reasons.
@mrsinha You could have told this story without bringing religion into it. For instance, a couple checked into a hotel and encountered this situation. Why do you want to fuel animosity between people? Do you realize there are 8000 cases similar to this involving criminals of all faiths?
