2/2: In this study, we show how large-scale #proteomics can: 🔹 Identify a 20-protein diagnostic panel 🔹 Define 4 novel prognostic subtypes 🔹 Build an 18-protein risk score (validated!) 🔹 Integrate with COSMIC signatures + HRD #PrecisionOncology #ProCan #PancreaticCancer

Totally agree, patient selection tools and prognostic #biomarkers, together with tailoring treatment could save a lot of money and improve #patients outcome and #QoL.

We have successfully developed a proteomic-based signature classifying intermediate-risk PCa patients independently of Gleason Grading. It's an honour to be part of this high-calibre research team. Dr. Qing Zhong, Prof. Roger Reddel, Prof. Ruedi Aebersold, and Prof. Peter Wild.
