@AerLingus I bought a full fare with my Avios and was denied my carry on baggage. I was made to put it in the hole and told carry ons were only for backpacks. I see at least a dozen rolling bags that were bigger than mine. This is EI661. Was even refused the option to pay extra.

@AerLingus I had even spoken to an @AerLingus agent on the phone prior to the flight a few weeks back and was confirmed that I could bring on my wheeled carry on and had a checked bag. She even pre-booked my seats for me...

The overhead is quite empty above me. @AerLingus ???

@RadissonHotels hello, I saw that the Hotel Rathauspark Wien is now listed as closed for renovations. I have a reservation there made from months ago, will I still be accommodated?

@madebygoogle I've been having issues for weeks where my Google Home/Nest minis have been unable to turn my @TPLINK Kasa smart outlets on and off via voice commands. I've been speaking with their support but it sounds like it's the speakers unable to communicate with the service.

@madebygoogle @madebygoogle thanks for the reply. When I ask the speakers to turn on the light it says "Sorry, it looks like Tp-Link Kasa is unavailable right now." I am able to turn it on/off via voice command on the Google assistant app on the iPad. Google Home and the Kasa app work too.
