@dreamcloudsleep I have been on the phone with your most unhelpful “customer service” people. My bed that should have been delivered SIX days ago is in St Paul, but not at my house. Fed Ex has been ZERO help. Do you stand with your customers?

@dreamcloudsleep And will you tell me the same thing? There is nothing you can do!? I just heard that. I am a 64 yr old woman SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR. I will not open the mattress, because then I can’t get it on the frame, if it comes, or return it once it’s open.

My mom has Parkinson's and is currently in assisted living without a bed because FedEx damaged the shipment. @dreamcloudsleep support says they can't expedite the replacement. I need a logistics manager to flag Order #D-17793329 for immediate processing. it's a medical necessity.
