@Dreams_Beds @Dreams_Queries sold us a bed that isnt safe for co-sleeping, increasing risk of SIDS.Cancel order next day, staff dont cancel it,so promotional stuff arrives at our house due to error. Customer service confirm error but still expert me to go out my way to resolve!

@Dreams_Queries hi, getting a new mattress delivered on Monday and an old mattress recycled. I’ve just received the email for my delivery time slot and it says the old mattress needs to be wrapped? In what? I was not told this when I placed the order.

@Dreams_Beds Purchased a bed with one of the big selling points being that you can build the bed f, The delivery drivers came, said it wouldn’t fit and nearly took the bed away. Told them to leave it as it would fit, and low behold I managed to do it myself.. Would not recommend.
