the whole point of never having a position is you can’t be wrong, & positions you can’t be wrong about are positions you can’t learn from. no one actually wins by sitting in the stands. & even if you do, that’s not going to be that meaningful anyway, you’ll acquire financial capital but not social capital. & if you ever talk to a billionaire or rich ppl without cultural influence, you’ll see how hollow large wealth is in that realm.
