I honestly do not understand this mentality. Today I picked up a new Model Y Performance, in an area I've never been before. FSD drove me through the city, then 2 hours home WITH ONE INTERVENTION. It was absurdly glorious, and we only have v13.

2025.38.11 is rolling out here too and explicitly keeps HW3 fully supported with the latest Autopilot stack (v12.6.4-based).
No regen nerf, smoother engagement, fewer instant nags, and the code foundation for when FSD Supervised finally gets the green light.
Tesla isn’t abandoning HW3 — we’re still in the game.

$TSLA 🇨🇳 The 2025.38.11 update is being rolled out in China for Tesla vehicles with Atom + HW 3.0 🔥 Several issues that everyone is debating have been tested: 🛞 Regen braking: No impact. It feels exactly the same as it did before. 🛞 Autopilot: Even if you keep your eyes fixed on the road, the "Please hold steering wheel" prompt still appears. Just like before, the alert won't clear unless you nudge the wheel or provide input. 🛞 One improvement: the immediate "hold steering wheel" prompt that used to pop up the second you engaged Autopilot is now gone.

The cars are still amazing. The staff at Tesla service centres are some of the sweetest. Poor mates what will they do if higher ups don’t have any idea or just don’t care.

After much soul-searching, I've decided that I'm stepping back from vocalising about @TeslaAUNZ HW3 cars in Australia not getting FSD—I'm pretty much yelling into a void for no gain. It's stealing focus from what truly matters: my wellbeing—fueling endless mental anguish amid my current personal issues, and not seeing a return on that "investment" stings. And nah, this isn't a boo-hoo poor-me post for sympathy, I know that I have very few problems in the world compared to others—I'm just being honest. To those keeping the fight alive: hats off, good luck. But honestly, I fear it's a lost cause. Onward to brighter battles. (And don't worry—I'm not going anywhere; I'll still be here spewing out other nonsense. 😏)
