@AirIndiaX A 4 hour delay for a two hour flight and refreshments is the only thing you people provide. Were the customers entitled to a cancellation or rescheduling of the flight. Were these options given to them. Is a small refreshment a compensation for 4 hours of inconvenience

@AirIndiaX @timesofindia IX 1080 28th April. Passengers made to wait in an air unworthy aircraft for 2 1/2 hrs. After delay of 3 hrs and deboarding , no instructions how to go back to the departing gate and no apologies, no compensation nothing. PATHETIC is the only word for IX
