Small floppy papillas can be very frustrating. On the rare occasions in which standard cannulation techniques fail, I use a Spybite to “stretch” the papilla, and then cannulation becomes quite easy. How do you do it?

@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia @EasternRailway the traffic management and signage at howrah station is very poor. There is no area to pick and drop passengers and the police forces everyone to enter the parking space and pay a parking fee. Even airports have a pick and drop area!
