@SuyogCancer Impressive data in a limited-stage SCLC, but we come across it rarely in our practice. I am very happy to be part of this study as PI recruited two cases, one case did well for more than 3 years. Postprogression, reuses of platinum and etoposide + /- immunotherapy or topotecan

And it gets approved as expected. Durvalumab gets approval in limited stage SCLC post ctrt stable disease based upon Adriatic trial. It will be intresting to see what these pts get on progression post maintenance durvalumab in real world .

@venkymd MSD IS coming to India for a sale of pembrolizumab but not allowing India to be a part of global phase 3 trials. If they continue to market in India, DGCI make it mandatory for MSD to conduct phase 4 studies!

Government of Gujarat has declared INCREASE in the OPD hours accross Gujarat. Everyday OPD upto 8 pm, including Saturday. On Sunday, 9 to 1. I've seen doctors not getting sleep for straight 5 days. I've seen more than 10 doctors' suicides in past year. Where's the RIGHT TO LIVE?
