I was thinking of the story of Lotus eaters in Homers Odyssey and the cautionary tale it has for us in Ufology You may remember that one of many trials and tribulations that Odysseus faced on his way home to Ithica after the Trojan Wars was the Island of the Lotus Eaters. On that Island grew the lotus flower that when eaten made you forget all your earthly worries and homeward journey forever living in a blissful state pursuing the eating of yet more Lotus flowers . In Ufology we have our own Lotus flowers that threaten to lead us down a path that feels very meaningful yet ultimately leads to no answers. These may be universal consciousness, CE5, life after death, psionic communication, or even simulation theory or the illusory nature of reality, the collective unconscious conjuring UFOs out of our own mind, discovering NHI ourselves, channeling the galactic council etc etc. Admittedly some of these have more merit than others and may be connected but I think Lingering on them too long without having any chance of getting an answer turns them into modern day lotus flowers that distract us and in some cases lead us away from the path home. For me the truth is that the way home is as follows - we know from the thousands of sightings and other evidence over decades that there is an NHI presence operating on our planet - we know there is a large government cover up of the reality of NHI dedicated to stopping any disclosure of it - we are almost certain that we have in our possession craft and bodies and have tried to recreate this technology. - unfortunately to get the answers we need on the nature of the NHI we need to get the government to disclose the information we know they hold - the only way to accomplish this is to try to use the Congress to force the executive to reveal these secrets - luckily a sizeable faction of the military/ IC and government who know where the info is believe we need disclosure for various reasons linked to defence and perhaps more existential concerns. - they have chosen to aid the fight to get the right info to Congress to get this info out - the general public and the mainstream establishment do not want to acknowledge NHI reality as they fear having their world view ripped apart and will have to be dragged kicking and screaming towards belief. - this will only be accomplished by official acknowledgment from senior government figures backed by evidence of impeccable prominence. so if we want to make progress in understanding NHI we need official disclosure which means going the congressional and/or governmental route. However disillusioned we may be with its twists and turns. As we get nearer to disclosure we find that the number of louts flowers being placed in our way start to increase. Many of these are from the forces of non disclosure, some of these are from people fed up with the disclosure detective story and some of these are from people with broader philosophical or theological interests who see UAP/ NHI as a detail in an entirely different pursuit. As I say some things are more connected to disclosure than others but what we do know is if you stray from the path and keep eating Lotus flowers you never get home. Luckily Odysseus managed to strap many of his crew to his ship and left the island with enough of them to get home. I hope we in the community have the same experience.. hopefully on the good ship age of disclosure ….. ( I do think it’s fine to take a pocket full of lotus flowers to chew on the way home though…as long as you stay on the ship😁😇)

Randall I really agree with this ie ‘knowledge systems we are only beginning to decode’ I have followed this subject area ie lost advanced global civ/ culture for decades and one of the most intriguing insights I have seen are the mathematical relationships that appear to be part of the very ancient vases found in Egypt These are beyond numerical and really work in geometric and algebraic relationships. The point is they indicate a very sophisticated science/ maths indeed and I think if applied across known extraordinary ancient constructions ( which we think are much older) they may give us insight. I think we have yet to discover what the ancients knew about our natural laws and the nature of matter

When you look at Stonehenge, what you're really seeing is the wreckage and restoration attempts of something much older. The monument has puzzled researchers for generations, but the structure itself holds clues about what came before. There are two distinct types of stone: the rhyolitic bluestone, an igneous rock forming the inner circle and horseshoe, and the sarsen stones, predominantly quartzitic sandstone. The question isn't just what Stonehenge was, but what it was rebuilt from. He argues that pre-Younger Dryas civilizations were highly advanced, though not in ways that mirror our modern industrial society. The evidence sits in plain sight at sites like Stonehenge, where the choice of materials and the geometric precision suggest knowledge systems we're only beginning to decode.

@dsmethurst66 @TheUfoJoe @rosscoulthart Very good points. I should’ve considered that as I’ve heard similar. Your possibilities are plausible, but I’d put the keel-all part of the same thing- at the least probable. Any kind of cooperation, regardless of who they really are, points to a larger goal…tantalizing indeed!

A Thought just struck me which I thought I’d share. But I would like to say this is just off the top of my head and I haven’t thought about it too deeply. It’s a ‘what if?’ Really Anyway I was watching the excellent @rosscoulthart interview with Alan Steinfield and he was talking about the possible benevolent nature of the NHI and Jake barbers feelings etc ( which was well observed ) My knee jerk response was ‘ well what about abductions , covert behaviour, using screen memories/ illusions mental manipulation, hybrid breeding, snatching babies from the womb etc?, hardly the acts of benevolent beings’ I then thought, hang on when did these abductions experimentation and hybrid stuff start ? Was it late 1960s and diminishing in the late 1990s I’ve always thought that the descriptions of experimentation during abductions were a little too crude to be the work of highly advanced beings and so it led me to think of them not being too advanced and maybe crypto terrestrial In any event I thought we have heard a lot of tales of the US Gov working with NHI ( or not) trying to bred or interfere with human DNA to produce better NHI communicators and the timeline fits. So it struck me that the abductions and Hybrid stuff could be being done primarily by the US government either with the help of NHI or wholly on their own using Psi tech to make victims think the work was done by NHI. The timeline fits … Certainly the descriptions of Milabs by @LeslieMeli42749 and others talking about Humans and NHI working together are consistent with this. I must admit I thought Milabs were largely an intelligence gathering exercise for Human IC but could it be something more? Certainly if it’s a wholly human enterprise then it supports the benevolent NHI theory But in any event the main takeaway is the possibility of government forces engaging in abductions linked to breeding more Psi enabled humans for communication and god knows what else. As I say I’ve not thought it through but I think the sheer scale of the abduction reports and their incidence all over the world possibly rules this out, my timeline may be too short as I seem to recall earlier and generational abductions ( which could be disinfo though) plus it feels a little too out their However it’s worth thinking about as there might be something to this angle , albeit if it’s a small percentage of them and may be worth further research Hope it was interesting at least 😀😇

These are great insights and leads Mike. I’m familiar with Jacob’s and very much so with Karla turner but not so much with this context and Skayfish focus here. I think a lot of exieriencer/ abduction accounts may not be primarily considered under Avis steward ship but Skayfish may well be able to introduce this material and as you say input based on this.

Absolutely and I’m aware of his focus and hitherto great advocacy for disclosure. But in this instance he was actively defending the lack of access to classified info as somehow improving the ability to disseminate info to the academic community and public. I know the subtext is that they want to encourage government engagement but so much of this has been a sham and this feels like more of the same from the secret keepers and I don’t think the scientific advisory board should acquiesce to it.

@dsmethurst66 @ufouapam Skafish has an atypical focus on cases of close encounters of the 3rd and 4th kind. That's likely a richer vein of info, which generally is shunned.

There was a lot in Peter Skayfishs interview with Andy at that UFO podcast @ufouapam But I’d like to focus on one specifically Peter said that if the panel had clearances and Acess to classified information they could not then talk about it to the public or academic audiences ( this is my interpretation of his words ) and so he did not think they should have it as it could be counter productive Firstly the advisory panel must have access to the best information to comment and give good advice. Particularly because we know that most of the most reliable and detailed information is classified. So not seeing this material , particularly on nuts and bolts stuff, severely limits the advisory panels ability to give meaningful input . This is particularly true if another branch of government already holds this data and has drawn detailed scientific conclusions from it. This is simply not a credible situation or way for the panel to proceed The second and linked point is that there is long established precedent for people looking at classified information and being able to talk about it in a non classified way We have seen a number of examples of this over the Years and indeed the UAPDA advocated for the realise of non classified versions of documents where full details could not be released So it is very possible to report on classified information that has been seen in a meaningful way to the public or other important stakeholders The issues for restricted info are usually sources and methods alongside geographical location. When kept to a more specific technical appraisal this should be easy enough to navigate in a non classified way But There may be some greyer areas around strategic defence implications which need to be weighed In addition there are also broader public interest/ shock considerations that classifications like to cover but don’t like to acknowledge. Basically there is not a defence reason to classify per se but they don’t want people to know for fear of social destabilisation. This is indeed a debate but it should not be a reason for stopping enquiry and these issues need to be weighed on their merits as they occur . For instance the consequences of nuclear war are socially destabilising nonetheless we know about them as the public need to be part of informed decision making on defence and foreign relations via the electoral process To come back to the point there are well established methods for reporting on classified info in a non classified way and the advisory committee would be able to have meaningful conversations with wider stakeholders and the public if the had Acess to classified information So I found Peter’s case for the science advisory board not having Acess to classified data unconvincing as it runs the very real risk of them not being able to come up with optimal or even accurate assessments and it certainly would not stop them relating their findings to a wider audience in a non classified way So I think scientific advisory panel members should press for Acess to classified material if they wish to make a worthwhile contribution to the wider board and public disclosure more generally Thoughts anybody ? @rosscoulthart @GoodTroubleShow @g_knapp @JeremyCorbell @Avi_Loeb @RepEricBurlison

Some of the humans seen appear to have human like military fatigues and people think they are Human military. The Nordics are typically described as taller, very physically striking often wearing blue uniforms ie not looking typically human but almost superhuman. There is some speculation these may be crypto terrestrials and yet other speculation that they are a distinct off world race whose tech whilst more advanced than ours is not the most advanced It’s this mixture of human type beings that perhaps gives a tantalising glimpse of some potential NHI alliances both above and below our feet. But as you suggest the extent they are terrestrial humans is a big question The other thing is that it may be a deceptive illusion or some kind of engineered situation Even weirder is humans and Definite non Human NHI. Of course John Keel would have said it’s all the same thing….( perhaps I’m over simplifying 😇🤔😀)

@TheUfoJoe @dsmethurst66 @rosscoulthart I’ve always wondered how experiencers knew that it was humans working with NHI. So many report NHI that look exactly like us, like nordics. Then there’s the hybrid possibility. I’d say at best it’s 50/50 that what these folks saw were actually humans as we know them/us.

Does George Knapp Work for Lue Elizondo? If so, what's the pay? 🙃🤡🙃 (In the post below, they discuss Gene Sticco (@InfinityDisclsd) and what he said to @rosscoulthart this. past June.) "Ross told me...there's been no debunks." ~@chrisramsay52 (Kind of early to be giving any weight to that. Here's a summary from Sticco's book, "Engineering Infinity," which I think you can get for free on his website if you share your email address. Note: Valerijs Černohajev was Sticco's father- in-law.) "Before his death on December 30, 2019, Soviet-Latvian aerospace engineer Valerijs Černohajev transmitted 119 handwritten pages containing twelve technical works to his daughter in the United States. Those pages describe a complete propulsion architecture — a 30-meter disc with 678,000 aluminum solenoids embedded in a silicon-alloy hull, powered by aneutronic fusion, generating thrust via magnetohydrodynamic interaction with a cosmic electromagnetic medium. The works were published posthumously in 2024." (I don't have an opinion on any of that right now and I'm sure most, if not all, of it is over my head. Sticco went on the Unvetted-bullshit podcast and claimed @LueElizondo told him (in October of 2025) that, "I can call @g_knapp right now. George works for me." BOMBSHELL! I'm confident in saying that George doesn't work for Lue and I'm very skeptical that Lue said that in any serious way. Sticco also said that after contacting Knapp and trying to get his take on the docs, he was asked to be on C2C (with Knapp hosting) to discuss everything. But Sticco found it strange that Knapp didn't want to pre-interview him. Gene, you should probably learn how George works before finding anything strange or odd. Sticco declined the interview because he wasn't getting up to 1AM for anybody. Sticco has gone on to do lots of interviews on various podcasts. He claims that he knows (his "read" and "feel") on, "this narrative-control structure on the Disclosure pipeline. That there is a system at work here in all of this, which decides what materials are going forward, and the rest of it. I've had people telling me about these email chains that are between a lot of these figures who decide who's gonna get amplified and what circuit they're going on. The marketing company behind some of the figures and how that company helps on the social media side." (Hmm, what company of that? I've never had help from anybody and have done okay for myself.) Sticco: "Who's getting the shoutouts from @JeremyCorbell and, you know. And it's all a lot of bullshit, there's nothing organic about it. It's part of the UAP- disclosure-narrative economy. I got like, all that is at work, that there's an entertainment machine at work here." (BTW, I'm not on any email chains and entertainment (which I don't do) does well on here so that's why so many accounts (like Vetted) sensationalize things. Sticco then goes on to praise Patrick for him being honest that he's not claiming to be an investigative journalist. Patrick also does no vetting of his guests and claims, Gene.) Sticco on Corbell: "I have no doubt [Corbell] is like, the sweetest soul in the world and sitting down with him...I'm sure, I have no doubt would be an absolutely-lovely experience. But none of that makes him an investigative journalist, none of it makes him a champion and a tough guy and, you know, all the show part of it, right?" (What makes one an investigative journalist? And please don't say their degree. Sticco then goes on to reiterate that everything that comes out, information-wise, is orchestrated. I've heard those claims forever but nobody ever proves it.) "Any time you spoke out against it, the dampeners came in." (Bullshit. I've spoken out plenty and have had no issues. Gene, I don't know what to think of those documents, but the fact that you went on that show is not a good look.)

Got to agree Joe Avi has a track record of saying encouraging things but then almost turning about face and refusing to entertain anything that he thinks contradicts conventional physics The whole Ukraine scenario was a big example of this, particularly his refusal to look at the 2nd paper they did ( as I think he knew he had made a mistake so imperiously dismissing the first one). This scenario and the nature of his objections to craft doing unexplainable things has repeated ever since My only hope is that Skayfish, Nolan and Knuth will not allow him to do this. But listening to Skayfish I’m not so sure. The problem with academics is they can be quite deferential in a setup like this so if Avi is the boss they may follow his lead. Also they are all to some extent worried about their academic standing So what we don’t want is a kind of self censorship combined with a mistaken belief that since they are cooperating with the government then they have to play the game. But unfortunately we know that somehow the forces of non disclosure always seem to hijack these efforts and nobble them, despite assurances and political support. The politicians themselves are also too deferential to the military and IC. So the result is that that put up with crap and in Avis case maybe actively support it. The broader set up the science advisory board is part of is also in my view another example of this calling itself a Governance body whilst it in fact has no governance powers (ie policy setting and review ) and I think is just another attempt to avoid a proper independent scrutiny and review approach as advocated in the NDAA in 2022 and more recently the review panel in the UAPDA. The Key things the secret keepers wish to control is the classification of data and the scope of the investigative approach and we can see them trying to do this with this set up. Given Rome wasn’t built in a day rather than a science advisory panel ( that is effectively hamstrung by not seeing the proper evidence) we should have a mixed panel that is aimed at taking an IC like threat assessment approach that looks at what the available evidence suggests and then gives best guesses and suggested areas to investigate further and get more info on. So rather than just scientists you might have IC as well ( Grusch, Stratton , Elizondo) plus some experienced UFO researchers like Dolan etc But given that approach may be successful then I don’t think the secret keepers would allow it The big thing that nobody mentions still is that the big agencies that hold the key data have let to release anything or even respond. That situation shows the true position of the government transparency effort Back to the science advisory panel participating in a project that is set up to fail just because it has government proximity sounds like it’s worth doing but it may well not be.

Joe as I’ve thought about this over the years I’ve come to realise that this is so important in terms of what people are seeing and reacting to. This is particularly in relation to people seeing their dead relatives etc but also in terms of complete illusions and the ability to influence thoughts and beliefs. I did know this years ago but just how fundamental it could be is what has grown in my mind over the years

"They can make us see whatever they want us to see. I have watched helplessly as witnesses fell into hopeless personality deterioration and went insane or even committed suicide." ~Keel (35-tweet thread from the old days. I don't know if Keel was right about all (or any) of this but, to me, he was far ahead of his time with his ideas on the phenomenon.) "Suppose that some other world...had designs on this world. Suppose that their time cycle was radically different from ours, and they could launch a plan for take-over that could require thousands of our years to complete? "While they were making preparations for this invasion, it would be necessary for them to divert us, just as we planted all kinds of false evidence to convince Adolf Hitler that the invasion of Europe was going to take place far from Normandy. It would then be logical for them to instrument a plan of psychological warfare to keep us confused and even to convince us that flying saucers don’t really exist at all. "The few thousand people who took a real interest in the UFO reports could be deftly diverted by contacts which assured them that the flying saucers were really being operated by 'nice guys,' by Big Brothers from outer space who had our best interests at heart. "The elementals or ultraterrestrials are somehow able to manipulate the electrical circuits of the human mind. They can make us see whatever they want us to see and remember only what they want us to remember. "Human minds that have been tuned into those super-high-frequency radiations, described early in this book, are most vulnerable to these manipulations. Discovering and understanding this process should be given top priority. "Thousands, perhaps millions, of people all over this planet are being directly affected. My mail is filled with cries for help. I have watched helplessly as witnesses fell into hopeless personality deterioration and went insane or even committed suicide."

It was great to hear @rosscoulthart answer my question on reality check ( the last question I fact) about the potential similarity between tech used my very ancient civilisations in construction and the tech we see used By UAP today. The question was based on quite a bit of study I’ve done over the years and was linked to my speculation their may be a common link to a crypto terrestrial civilisation that may have been our long term neighbours It is hard to say but I do think there are real links to what was described as key NHI capabilities in slide 9 of his presentation to I think the joint chiefs of staff committee. In any event I do think this is an area that merits at least keeping in mind as we think about potentially different groups of NHI and their motivations. I’m not saying it correct though. It’s also interesting to think if we do have agreements with NHI are these with the ‘home’ or ‘away’ team or both? youtu.be/UkdH0cACc-c?si…

There has been some great debate here recently on why the secrecy which I don’t particularly want to repeat here But what it made me think of was a statement from a couple of different people that it’s highly likely that in our science we have made a fundamentally wrong turn. It’s likely that this has been to fundamentally misunderstand the nature of matter and how to manipulate it More practically it means we really on brute strength and force to solve problems when we should be using electro magnetic / sonic field manipulation. It’s possible our very ancient ancestors did not make this wrong turn but as they perished their insight was lost But it’s highly likely that the UAP pilots did not make this wrong turn and that’s why they can do what they do Clearly there is a lot to this but to come back to where I stated my thought was what a fundamental crime it is to know about the wrong turn we have taken and not tell the rest of humanity and thus keep us on the wrong path That to me is the true cost of the secrecy and whilst I accept it may be difficult to introduce safely into our current civilisation to simply hide it and deny its existence is not good enough and in no context can be described as for our own good. To deprive us of a future where we can start to address the large problems we face and perhaps have a chance of removing scarcity ( the main source of conflict and suffering) from the world and humanity is the key reason why this secrecy cannot be allowed to stand
