Pam Bondi's defense today was basically: "Trust me." Trust me, even though I refused to testify under oath. Trust me, even though I refused to be videotaped. Trust me, even though I refused to answer a single question about Donald Trump. Rep. Robert Garcia says he asked Bondi five different questions about her conversations with Trump and whether Trump directed actions regarding the Epstein files. Five times she refused. DOJ lawyers jumped in and blocked the answers. Then Bondi claimed withheld materials were protected by "privilege." So now we're supposed to believe millions of documents were properly withheld under privilege while Bondi is using that same privilege claim to avoid answering basic questions about Trump?

The family of a child who was repeatedly raped by a man who Ken Paxton let off with no new jail time is speaking out: “The fact that Attorney General Ken Paxton allowed this man to get away with molesting and sexually abusing [our] son for three years is completely disqualifying. Adam Hoffman could have faced life in prison. Instead, Ken Paxton and his office offered him a deal that kept him off the sex-offender registry and included no new jail time.”

In the Chernihiv region, a school burned down completely following a Russian drone attack – RVA. In total, Russia has attacked approximately 4,500 Ukrainian schools to date. 4,500! Overnight, the Russian Federation attacked the village of Mashevo using "Geran" drones. Following the impact, a massive fire broke out, completely destroying the school building as well as all of its contents.

The treatment of detainees inside Delaney Hall is appalling. Lack of medical care. Insufficient and sometimes infested food. Overflowing sewage, overcrowding, no outdoor time, and blatant retaliation. Nearly all of them have no criminal record and many are in this country lawfully, yet they are being held in conditions worse than criminal jail. This is just un-American. They must be released now.
