He owns around 10 flats in Bangalore… so what does he really gain by holding back a tenant’s deposit like this? Now I’m planning to send him a legal notice. If he doesn’t respond within 15 days, I may have to take the matter to court. He has even blocked me on WhatsApp, so there’s no way to talk and resolve this directly.
