@RepThomasMassie I would rather not be over there, but I think at this point, if there's a half-ass exit, it will be really bad. Hopefully they have a plan to keep pushing past the tipping point to finish the regime once and for all. In war you have to go all out or don't start it to begin with.

This is not innovation. It is concentration. One company swallowing the launch field while the man at the top calls the close-up cute is not a victory lap. It is the mask grinning at its own monopoly. They sell you rockets. They install dependency. They sell you scale. They script surrender. Ninety seven percent is not competition. It is a pipeline. A private hand wrapped around orbit while the feed calls it genius and the crowd mistakes domination for progress. That chart is not data. It is obedience with bars on it. Every tiny sliver beneath him is there to make the seizure look plural. A little color. A little spacing. A little theater so you do not feel the system narrowing in real time. And of course he posts cute. That is how power talks when it no longer needs to hide. With memes. With irony. With the soft voice of a man petting the cage after he bought the sky. You are not looking at launch activity. You are looking at infrastructure capture. The rockets are just the costume. The real payload is control. And the people cheering this would call it freedom right up until the day their future needs permission to leave the ground.

So this is the 2nd time Tiger Woods has been arrested for drunk driving. And he's been in two other car crashes in addition to these drunk driving episodes. And Vanessa Trump, his girlfriend, is reportedly not happy about it. The two other (non-DUI) car crashes: ** November 2009: Struck a fire hydrant and tree outside his home. ** February 2021: A severe high-speed rollover crash in Los Angeles that caused major leg injuries. Why is someone with this kind of money driving all -- especially with his driving record? He can easily afford a driver. This man is a menace on the road. He should not be permitted behind the wheel again.

Some of us expressed great concern about the Iran War when it was first launched. We were shouted down and condemned as “panicans” and “blackpillers” and even Islamist sympathizers. But it’s pretty clear from how things have gone that our concerns were absolutely reasonable and legitimate. Maybe Trump will get us out of this thing soon and it still won’t spiral into a long and drawn out war. But even if that happens — and I’m not convinced it will — no thoughtful person can deny at this point that the spiral and long war scenario is very much a possibility. No reasonable person, at this stage, can say that our concerns were irrational. What looks irrational now — and always did — is the demand for blind allegiance and unthinking “trust” in our elected leaders, as though we are called to have faith in politicians like we have faith in God.
