Please RT for support. This is my first @atomberg_tech product and honestly, what a terrible experience. I ordered the Atomberg Azhero Smart Lock after taking a live demo from Atomberg’s own official website and confirming that my location is serviceable and that free installation will be provided. @amazonIN also mentions free installation for this product, so I trusted the brand and placed the order. The lock was delivered in 2 days. And now suddenly Atomberg’s team is saying my area is “not serviceable.” How does the area become non-serviceable after the customer pays? This feels like a complete bait-and-switch. I called Atomberg customer support expecting help. Instead, the experience was rude, dismissive, and completely useless. For a brand that gets praised so much online, the actual customer experience has been shockingly bad. I chose Atomberg because it is an Indian company and I genuinely wanted to support an Indian consumer tech brand. But if this is how customers are treated after purchase, then what exactly are we supposed to support? Great marketing, broken promises, and zero ownership. @arindam___paul @Shibam3 This is a horrible first experience with @atomberg_tech and you lose customer for lifetime.

@_svs_ Computer vision combined with DOM traversal is the only way, claude in chrome has figured it out.

@_svs_ Yup, I tried solving the same problem with formacer.xyz and realised it's hard by just relying on native html elements, most of the web forms don't have appropriate html tags / attributes, you have to find clever ways to identify it, then there's complexity around ARIA

just wrote a claude skill called browse which strips all css cruft from an html page and now my agent can use my whole site. the thing is that html is actually xhtml. it's just xml. but because y'all tailwind pilled the html is basically unusable by anything with any intelligence. html also has all the information required to take the next action. it has links and forms. your json api doesn't spell this out. there have been some attempts like hateoas but they are too clunky. one of the things that rails pushes you towards is to not have a separate json api. the html and json views are just different formats of the same controller action. So you end up with a site that when given an api token, by default, exposes itself as an html api as well. and now i don't need to rewrite anything to be in json because everything just works. my agent now has token efficient access to my entire website, basically for free. you don't need chrome webmcp or whatever they announced the other day.
