Yes. Sixers can’t do better than 11th best odds, which comes with a 9.4% chance at a top 4 pick. But that’s the same spot the Mavs had to move up to 1st last year and the Lakers did to get 4th in 2019. I’ll take those odds in a loaded draft over getting smacked in round one.

I look back at the draft Wheel -- a concept of @mikezarren's I first wrote about way back in 2013 for @Grantland33. The idea of severing draft order from team record is uncomfortable for NBA owners (and me!) -- but it's worth at least gaming out on a holistic level.
