1. Please learn Sanskrit. Just basic grammar and enough to read Rishi-grade texts with Anvaya (individual words and meanings in Hindi). 2. You can enroll in my Veda Sanskrit Masterclass that contains hours of practice lessons and foundations. There is no fixed fees. Whatever you pay helps us fight unlawful conversions and reclaim Vedic Dharma. Check my handle to know about kind of works I am referring to. Check @AgniSamaj 3. For those who know Hindi, here are some good Darshan commentaries. I recommend these because they do not teach escapism, and instead push for being warrior in real world. Since it is Darshan, you need to just have feel and see for yourself. You are not supposed to get literal. Saankhya says - only take essence. 4. A. Saankhya Darshan a. By Swami Darshananand - I guess it is a 100 year old small book, translated from Urdu (yes, he worked actively then on Shuddhi of Muslims back to Vedic Dharma). This has an FAQ style. Freely available on archive org site. b. by Satish Arya (published last year). This is amazing. I just completed it. It integrates Saankhya Darshan, Yoga Sutra and references from Vedas, Upanishads and many other Rishi-grade texts. Gives word by word meaning, is lucid, takes a stand against escapist interpretations vehemently, and successfully proves it. You must have a copy. (Parimal Prakashan) c. by Acharya Anand Prakash. This is also beautiful. Published some 5 years ago, I guess. Almost as good as Satish Arya version. Has some unique interpretations, but well justified. The writer runs a gurukul in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, and you know you are reading an expert, from start. Note: I have my own unique interpretations that subtly differ from all of them, nonetheless, I recommend them as they will sharpen your mind, Sanskrit and enhance Sattva. B. Nyaya Darshan a. Swami Darshananand Again a concise brilliant book. The best of all I read that simplifies this complex subject than complicate. Freely available on archive org site. b. Acharya Anand Prakash Recently published. Again a good book but this is a bit tough read. I also recommend Vaisheshik Darshan by same author (this includes Prashastipada of Vaisheshik also) I have my own take on Nyaya due to my own background in science and research. But these are good books for perspective, and how to extend scientific analysis on Aatmaa and Eeshwar. The above two are brutal Darshans because they blatantly reject all forms of faith-based systems as Avidya. Even lower forms of Vairagya and Sattva are rejected as Avidya. Nothing except singular Viveka of pursuing Eeshwar through right actions and dhyana is accommodated. C. Yoga Darshan a. I recommend joining my Samrat Yoga Masterclass at @AgniSamaj which gives foundations of Sanskrit and actual meaning of Yoga Sutra and Vyasa commentary for major sutras. It also has a lot of pdfs to download for additional support b. In above downloads, you will get one commentary by Swami Vigyanashram which is perhaps 100 years old. That is very good. It includes Yoga Sutra, Vyasa commentary and Raja Bhoja commentary in Sanskrit and Hindi. c. Most other commentaries are studied are either very complex for today or passive or misleading. Yoga Sutra and Vyasa Bhashya are extremely obsessed with logic and very uncompromising. Most modern commentaries don't hold to these.
Sanjeev Newar | सञ्जीव नेवर@SanjeevSanskrit

The 3 most powerful Darshans for today's Hindu are 1. Nyaya Darshan - gives a solid framework on how to think 2. Saankhya Darshan - makes you fearless by proving why you are immortal and why Tapasya with warrior spirit is unavoidable. 3. Yoga Darshan - explains how to do Tapasya and what mental attitude you must carry. Most commentaries on these are very academic and passive. When you read original in Sanskrit and derive the map of life, these form toolkit of warrior- par-excellence. These and Veda Samhitas have been life changing for me.

Today, global dental giants are sprinting to launch Activated Charcoal lines, charging a premium for the charcoal revolution. But in 1925, a physician in a small Kerala village was already selling it in paper pouches. The British mocked it as primitive ash, while secretly, their own officers used it to scrub away the stubborn stains that Imperial White paste could not touch. An indian invented Biological Magnetism 100 yrs before the West could put a marketing name on it. K.P. Namboodiri, an Ayurvedic physician, realized that the British were fundamentally wrong about the science. When paddy husk is charred at a specific temperature, it creates a micro-porous structure almost identical to what we now call Activated Carbon. Namboodiri infused the ash with Pepper, Clove, & Ginger. The black carbon acted as a magnet (adsorption) to pull toxins & stains out of the gums, while the spices provided the thermal healing. He was practicing Molecular Chemistry in a small Kerala village decades before Western brands understood that carbon is the most efficient way to detoxify the mouth. The British tried to market their white powders as a symbol of The New India... the educated, clean, Westernized Indian. Namboodiri flipped the script. He made his Black Ash a symbol of Vedic Purity. In the 1920s & 30s, the most orthodox Brahmins & the most radical revolutionaries in the South both used the Black Powder. It became a silent way to identify who had rejected the British lifestyle. If your gums were slightly tinted with the dark residue of charred husk in the morning, it was a badge of honor. It said: "My mouth is cleaned by the soil of my ancestors, not the chalk of the King." British dental companies tried to run smear campaigns against Black Powders, claiming they were abrasive. Namboodiri’s powder was so fine that it actually had a lower RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasivity) than the British chalk-based powders. It was physically impossible for the British to prove it was harmful. The Black Powder was so effective at removing the stubborn stains of Betel Leaf (Paan) & Tobacco that even British officers in the South reportedly bought it in secret. They could not get their Imperial White pastes to remove the deep stains of Indian life, so they relied on Namboodiri’s Ash behind closed doors. For 90 yrs, global giants like Colgate & Pepsodent spent millions on advertising to tell Indians that Black is Bad & White is Bright. In the late 2010s, those same companies launched Charcoal toothpastes at a luxury price point. They are now using the exact same tech K.P. Namboodiri was selling for a few annas in 1925. If we look at a modern, high-end Activated Charcoal tube today, we are looking at a 100 yr old apology to K.P. Namboodiri. He was not backward; he was a century ahead of the global dental industry. The British used Chalk (a sedimentary rock) because it was cheap & looked clean. Namboodiri used Paddy Husk (a life-giving grain) because it was biological & functional. K.P. Namboodiri’s legacy is the story of a man who looked at the waste of a rice field & saw a diamond. He took the blackest substance he could find & used it to give India its brightest smile.

The Ṛgveda doesn’t show an “incoming Aryan migration or invasion.”🔥 Instrad it records a steady westward expansion out of India.🔥 Look carefully at the geographical sequence embedded inside the Ṛgveda itself! – Maṇḍala 6 (3300 BCE) with these rivers mentioned Ganga–Yavyavati–Sarasvati. This is Western UP and Haryana. – Maṇḍala 3: Vipas (Beas) & Sutudri (Sutlej). This is Indian Punjab. – Maṇḍala 7: Parushni (Ravi) & Asikni (Chenab). This is Greater Punjab in Pakistan. – Maṇḍala 4: Vibali (Jhelum), Sarayu (Haro), Sindhu (Indus). This is Greater Punjab upto Indus. – Maṇḍala 5: Kubha (Kabul River, Afghanistan). This is Pakistan beyond Indus and reaching Afghanistan.🔥 It is a clear directional movement towards north west. From Ganga–Yamuna–Sarasvati heartland, migration is moving steadily westward, reaching Afghanistan by the 5th Maṇḍala. And the chronological order of Maṇḍalas confirms this progression: 6 → 3 → 7 → 4 → 2 → 5 → 1 → 8 → 9 → 10 Now connect this with Iranian tradition. The Vendidad lists 16 homelands of the Ahuras which has the following:- – Four cornered Varena – identified with four-cornered Vara Prithivya = Four cornered Kurukṣetra (Haryana) – Hapta Hendu – Sapta Sindhu (Greater Punjab) Later they have Afghanistan mentioned as Vaekiratha. This is explosive. The earliest Avestan memory places proto-Iranians inside India, not Iran. Their later memory places them in Afghanistan, still not Iran. Then comes the historical trigger:- The Dasarajna Battle (7.18), dated to ~3065 BCE, resulting into the defeated people of kings like Cayamana fleeing westward from the Parushni (Ravi). This is migration in motion. Put it all together, the Ṛgvedic geography shows westward expansion (3300–1900 BCE). The Avestan texts remember origins in Haryana (Varena) and Greater Punjab (Sapta Sindhu). Historical events like Dasarajna record actual westward displacement. We can conclude, India is not the endpoint of Indo-European migration. It is the starting point. The rivers of the Ṛgveda are not just geography. They are a migration map written in poetry.🔥

Ancient India has been banking them for 3000 yrs in a way that modern science is only now validating. In South India (Tamil Nadu), there is an ancient practice called the Tayittu/Thayittu. After birth, the umbilical cord stump is dried, powdered, & sealed inside a gold/silver amulet & tied to the child’s waist/arm. According to Vedic tradition & local folklore, if the child fell extremely ill later in life, the amulet was opened, & the powder (the dried cord tissue) was ingested/applied as medicine. Modern researchers have found that even in dried umbilical tissue, certain stromal cell signals & growth factors can remain stable. The Tayittu was essentially a low tech cryobank, based on the belief that the source of life (umbilical tissue) could act as a biological reset button for the body.
Dr. Luke in China@96Stats

Wow! A Chinese team just made a brilliant new method where one cell taken from an umbilical cord can be transformed into 14 MILLION cells that are designed to kill cancer. These are super super hard to engineer and so now being expanded at scale meaning it wont be an expensive luxury procedure, can be common place now for everyone!! To be fair the US is still a leader in commercialisation of cell therapies. But it still shows where the US struggles the most imo: industrialising manufacturing fast and cheaply. US innovation in this area is in an extremely expensive market with restricted access making it focus on premium pricing rather than for everyone like China are doing… The FDA even criticised the government policies on this last month saying the procedures are not“flexible” enough.

Someone desperately needs to de-woo-ify chakras so more people can benefit from the model. Learning how to relate to the sub-minds distributed in our body has so many benefits. The idea that the mind is largely located in the brain blocks a lot of effective action. It means we always look to our brain for solutions and ignore the intelligences and energies available to us in other parts of the body. I find that if my brain doesn’t have a solution to a problem, my gut often will. Or if my brain tells me I have no energy, Ill actually still be able to access energy by tapping into my sexual energies. Or if I’m failing to empathise with someone, I’ll get more value in bringing awareness down to my heart than by doing more thinking. But the real breakthrough comes in learning to relate to these different centres of intelligences not just as abstract energies but as something more like personalities that we can build a relationship with. We can build a personal relationship with our heart intelligence, our gut intelligence, our sexual intelligence and various other intelligences in our body. We can gain insight into the fact that they continue living a fairly well-defined life of their own, with their own subjectivity even when we aren’t in conscious communication with them. We can actually befriend them and win their trust, which allows us to access more of their wisdom. We can come to experience ourselves more like a community of distributed bodily intelligences rather than just one blob of intelligence in the head connected to a mindless body. Apparently, there are promising lines of enquiry in finding potential physical correlates for these bodily intelligence centres. Different combinations of endocrine glands, nerve plexuses and other regions with dense intoreceptive representations in the brain. The latter aspect may explain how the illusion of intelligence being entirely located in the brain occurs. All these other intelligences are *represented* in the brain. So it’s easy to miss that much of the pre-cognitive information processing can still be happening distributed around the body. I personally think that some aspects beyond the scope of currently known physiology may be part of the ultimate explanation for our distributed bodily intelligence. And some of those things may even be legitimately “woo.” But for now, it would be great to find more spiritually neutral ways of helping people connect to the embodied sub-agents or their somatic mind. I believe it would help people live more whole, intelligent and empowered lives.

>The Sun is conscious literally every ancient religion ever
sphinx tweet media
𝓓𝓪𝓵𝓮 𝓒@DayleSea

**Summary: The Sun as Conscious Entity** The standard view says the Sun is just a ball of fusing hydrogen—random, mechanical, dead. But several anomalies don’t fit: The corona is millions of degrees hotter than the surface, which violates basic thermodynamics. We’ve needed to invent new physics (neutrino oscillation) to explain other solar mysteries. Solar cycles correlate with human events—revolutions, wars, economic shifts—at rates beyond chance. The Sun exhibits what looks like behaviour: erupting, cycling, reorganising, apparently responding to planetary configurations. Its size, distance, and output are precisely calibrated for complex life. Every ancient civilisation independently attributed consciousness or deity to it. Alternative models proposed: The Sun as a conscious entity operating on timescales we can’t perceive. The Sun as technology—a power source, communication node, or consciousness substrate built by intelligence we don’t understand. The solar system as a single organism with the Sun as its regulatory heart. The Sun as a dimensional gateway or consciousness focal point. The synthesis suggests the Sun is probably conscious in some non-human sense, influential on human behaviour through unknown mechanisms, integrated into a larger purposeful system, and accessible to consciousness practices. The core insight inverts standard causality. Instead of energy creating structure creating consciousness, consciousness creates pattern creates structure routes energy. Under this model, the Sun maintains phase coherence across local spacetime. Fusion is the byproduct, not the cause. This resolves the corona inversion and other anomalies. The ancients weren’t personifying natural phenomena from ignorance. They were interfacing with a regulatory intelligence. Sun deities across unconnected cultures share the same traits: law, order, judgment, cyclic death and rebirth, timekeeping, moral axis. Those aren’t properties of light. They’re properties of governance. The Sun doesn’t watch like a being. It registers coherence. Attention without coherence is noise. The current solar maximum (2024-2025) thins filters between consciousness and reality, shifting signal-to-noise ratios. Building during this period isn’t coincidence—it’s timing.

Perhaps the most startling and methodologically rigorous evidence for collective consciousness comes from what researchers term the Maharishi Effect. The demonstration that group meditation by approximately the square root of 1% of a population significantly reduces societal violence, with studies even including potential causal relationship with environmental damage avoidance, specifically in relation to hurricanes making or failing to make landfall. Over eighteen peer-reviewed studies spanning forty years validate this phenomenon with what appears to be a statistical level of certainty.
