This Madras High Court order will ONLY and SOLELY devastate the Hindu cow-trading community of Tamil Nadu. Hindu traders are the ones who rear, transport and supply cattle for Bakrid. By banning slaughter in temporary sheds and public places and restricting it to distant designated slaughterhouses, the court has effectively choked their entire supply chain. Thousands of Hindu families who depend on this seasonal trade will now face massive unsold stock, huge transport costs, cash losses and business collapse, while the buyers remain unaffected !

They don't. It is virtually impossible to find an Indian who cares. When you teach them good things, they carcaturize them and use them for virtue signaling, for resource acquisition. A very rare person who wants to change things is shot down--there is no critical mass.

Laws and constitutions are not worth the paper they are written on. What matters is the kind of people involved. In India, the police, courts, citizens etc. neither understand the laws (copied from the West) nor care. They all think about how they can get a cut from predation.
