Another reason to not fly @SunCountryAir … We’re still sitting waiting to take off because they’re still loading our bags an HOUR after our departure time.

@priceline says the issue is not theirs it’s their sister company @bookingcom and they can’t help... even though it was booked through Priceline’s website

Book res 4 @RadissonBlu 12/29, get to hotel, no reservations. Radisson can’t find...Cal Priceline CS... On hold for 30+ minutes then the system tells you you’ve been on hold too long and disconnects the call #priceline #terriblecustomerservice

So apparently @bookingcom is trash and @priceline is GARBAGE.

@priceline DM sent. As a former telecom professional, it was a systematic error that your company must have put in place when you’re phones are busy... assuming as a way to try to divert customers from contacting.
