@JillianMHurley It gets worse. Most of the money 'saved' is going to tax breaks for said billionaires and the richest individuals.

It's Greg, for all intents and purposes
You’d think the math to prosperity is difficult to read, but removing loop holes in the tax code so the big dogs pay their fair share would mean all those people would still be employed and the extra money would go to things like border security and education and infrastructure, all of which creates more opportunity for employment. Let’s not forget that Bezos didn’t blink at dropping $6M on his wedding. They can afford to pay taxes.

BREAKING: Massive anti-Trump protest taking place outside the US Capitol building. I certainly don’t remember Americans protesting Biden’s presidency like this. Crowd size matters, right?

I'll be honest I had no idea how easily triggered the Americans would get with their Anthem being booed to the ground, being ignorant Hockey Players unaware of their clown President's hostile actions & rhetoric towards Canadians. #Canada #USA #4Nations

Dear America, We're not booing your hockey players. We're not booing your country. We're not even booing you. We're booing your asshole of a president who keeps threatening our sovereignty for zero reason. Once he leaves us alone it'll stop. Hope that clears it up for you.

I’m concerned that the House and Senate will fully fund USAID in March, just like we did in December (I voted No). The argument from Republican leadership will be that they need Democrat votes to pass an omnibus (or CR) bill to avoid a government shutdown.

I cheated. But it’s an interesting list nonetheless. Enjoy. *************************** Here's a curated list based on various sources discussing Canadian products that are considered superior to their American counterparts: 1. **Ketchup Chips** - A unique flavor in Canada, these chips are popular for their tangy, tomatoey taste which isn't commonly replicated in the U.S. market. 2. **Canadian Maple Syrup** - Known for its smooth, rich flavor, Canadian maple syrup, especially from Quebec, is considered superior in taste and quality compared to many American syrups. 3. **Tim Hortons Coffee & Timbits** - Tim Hortons has a cult following in Canada, and many claim their coffee and doughnut holes (Timbits) are better than similar offerings from American chains like Dunkin'. 4. **Montreal Bagels** - Smaller, sweeter, and denser than New York bagels, Montreal bagels are celebrated for their unique taste and texture. 5. **All Dressed Chips** - A flavor that combines many delicious notes into one chip, All Dressed chips are a distinctly Canadian snack that Americans often envy. 6. **Butter Tarts** - A classic Canadian dessert, these tarts with their flaky pastry and sweet, gooey filling are unique to Canada and not replicated with the same authenticity in the U.S. 7. **Canadian Beer** - Some argue that Canadian beer often has a higher alcohol content and a different taste profile which many find superior. 8. **Coffee Crisp** - This chocolate bar, combining coffee and chocolate, is a Canadian treat not available in the U.S., appreciated for its unique flavor. 9. **Kraft Dinner (KD)** - Known as macaroni and cheese in the U.S., Canadians claim the Canadian version, Kraft Dinner, has a superior taste, thanks to its specific cheese blend. 10. **Poutine** - While not a product per se, poutine's specific combination of fries, cheese curds, and gravy is a Canadian culinary delight, often regarded as better in Canada than versions attempted in the U.S. These products are highlighted for their unique qualities or flavors that are either not available or differ significantly from what's commonly found in the U.S. Remember, taste is subjective, and while these items are celebrated in Canada, individual preferences can vary.

I know it was a franchisee who pulled this stunt, by why didn’t corporate McDonald’s step in and pull the plug before it happened? It now thrusts them into the political arena, globally Theyve now alienated half of the US and the majority of the rest of the world

You guys can get mad at me for saying it but the first day of the convention was totally absurd and a very bad omen of things to come. Trump has never had more momentum or good will and the RNC decided to use that to push a message of diversity and inclusivity rather than using it to advance anything resembling a conservative agenda. I call it as I see it and that’s what I saw.

Poll: 🗳️ IF… Donald Trump 1-agrees to free Julian Assange 2-publicly encourage State governments to pass “Defend the Guard” legislation 3-publicly state he would pass @RepThomasMassie or @BasedMikeLee “End the Fed” legislation if it crosses his desk I would vote for him

@BarackObama @POTUS If they're women and people of color, I'm sure their character is beyond reproach and their moral character is unimpeachable. Thankfully half of them weren't white men. Who cares about originalism or constitutionality? Skin color and genitals are the important qualifiers. 👍

.@POTUS just confirmed his 200th judge – not an easy accomplishment with a narrow majority in the Senate. And more than half are women and people of color.   Judges have the power to roll back progress or keep us moving forward; to protect our basic liberties or take them away. It’s another reminder of what’s at stake in this election, and why it’s so important to vote.

@beinlibertarian How can Libertarians support Trump or Biden with their reckless spending alone? I have faith that RFK would at least reform government and give pathway to other future 3rd parties, breaking the duopoly, so I think he is the best long run play for the party.
