Buddy the German Shepherd went to find help for his family whose home was on fire in a remote area of Alaska. A trooper was dispatched but couldn't find the fire due to faulty GPS. The dashcam shows when they find each other and as Buddy leads him to the scene Everyone survived

Today we lost a very close family member to COVID-19. This photo is one of my best memories with Julio. He has been ill for a very long time so I am thankful he is not suffering any longer. We are going to miss him tremendously.

@heidinelt I just watched your video about notebooks on schoology. Right from the start my schoology does not have the drop down on the left like yours. Any other idea where I can start to set up? I teach in Detroit and we just got schoology a week before school started!!! Thank

I am teaching virtual but e if my classes I am teaching from the safety of my home with be sitting F2F with a paraprofessional. No plan worked out even for bathroom breaks for our F2F students.

Small accomplishment 👏🏻 now let’s get down to details. Reports on ventilation? Bathroom protocols? How are we staffing all of these positions? Will buildings be cleaned appropriately?! This is now the focus. 1 more week to figure this out @NYCMayor @NYGovCuomo @DOEChancellor

@Dr_Vitti I understand that is part of our reopening plan.I miss my kids.However, logistically, there is not room in our buildings to split our children into smaller groupings. Still a smaller class is still more in one space than a nurse sees at one time. Safety needs to be priority.

@dybriward There will not be classrooms in DPSCD with a full set of students.

@rigg_alyssa I teach in Detroit and we are thinking a SAFETY STRIKE if we are not 100% online to begin the school year. It is not safe for anyone to be in those close conditions yet.

@LadyOfSardines I agree 100%. There are so many unknowns right now. Anyone that is not an educator (or doctor with working knowledge of the vaccine and spread) or has not been in the classroom since they were a student need to stop saying we need to go back ASAP. That is just ludicrous!
