@NYCMayor @DOEChancellor I want it on record that as I looked around my class last week and continued to see increasing student absences; get email after email about positive results- when I asked admin what we needed to do- nothing was the response!

What if we just don’t want long Covid ? What if families don’t want their kids to be more likely to develop diabetes and long term chronic illness? How is forced infection in anyone’s best interest?

In case anyone is wondering why we are posting links to info abt cases in our schools it's because @NYCSchools, controlled by @NYCMayor, stopped sending letters home informing us of the # of cases in our schools. And they shut down the case map. We are trying to fill the void.

More education would have happened this week if @NYCSchools went remote. There would be more attendance and engagement than students in half filled rooms with subs.

This is my son Addison. He’s 3 months old and yesterday he tested positive for COVID. My wife and I are vaxxed/boosted but hes obv not. He’s miserable. Can barely sleep, fever, nonstop crying. Pls get vaxxed. If not for yourself, for our little ones who can’t protect themselves.
