@glbryson @NicholasChrimes I intubated a premature newborn with a Mac 4 last year. It was all that was available and had just been used on the mother. Absolutely would not recommend.

What do I think about AAs? I wish I’d been one. I’d be at least £50k better off with amazing training. I’d be spending my life giving anaesthetics in daytime hours. They’re living the dream while medics are in the bin. Medics must stay in the bin & #BeKind. Or else. <ends>

@dylanbould With good quality training, NPAPs along with Anesthesiologists can be the most feasible, economical and practical way of anesthetic care more in LMICs but also in HICs. It also helps with alleviating burnout among anesthesiologists .
