@McDonaldsUK how do I make a complaint about a store? Your Silverlink Newcastle store is an absolute joke, 15 minute wait in store for the wrong order, click and serve always missing something (two drinks this time) and staff who are too busy having a laugh than wanting to serve

Mine has now started working this morning after another update. I’m now on my way to the account closure form as I have lost all trust with a company who can’t send a simple email or social media post out to let it’s customers know they’re experiencing issues.

@VirginMoney @Virgin been unable to access your credit card app for days now, multiple reinstallation attempts and still not working. Spent 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone to be told it’s a known issue with a new iPhone update??

@AskVirginMoney @dylanm1357 I can confirm the issue is not fixed with version 2.0.3 (which you pushed out 21hrs ago). BTW your comms management of this issue is woeful.

@markblair @AskVirginMoney I have raised a complaint over this as the fact we have had absolutely no communication from virgin money regarding this is ridiculous and to have waited in the phone this morning for over 30 minutes to be told by an agent that it was a known issue just made that even worse

Would it be silly to have a second gym membership on top of my CrossFit membership? Or is that normal?

@LNER I was on a train from King’s Cross to Berwick on 3rd August. Original train at 7pm cancelled so was crammed onto a train which then hit animals on the track. Claimed for a refund on the train and still have not even had an email let alone the money. Any updates?

@bookingcom how hard is it for someone from credit control to call me? Over a year now we’ve had issues with our direct debit not working, leading to our property suspending and nobody from credit control is any help and are now ignoring our extranet messages. #badservice
