Setting the Record Straight: A Clarification on My Recent Posts I’m writing this because I want to be upfront about some mistakes I made in my recent posts, "Wicknell Chivayo the 'Phantom' Central Bank" and "The Chivayo Express." After digging deeper into the technical side of international aviation—and how flight tracking actually works—it’s clear that I reached some conclusions that were simply wrong. There are a few specific points I need to clear up: First, regarding the "Vanishing" Act. I previously suggested the plane was dropping off radar on purpose, almost like it was in "stealth mode." As it turns out, the reality is much less dramatic. Apps like FlightRadar24 rely on ground sensors to track aircraft; in remote areas like parts of the DRC or Northern Nigeria, those sensors just don't exist. When a plane "disappears" on your screen, it isn't the pilot hiding—it’s just a gap in the app's coverage. Then there’s the "Lanseria Shuffle." I questioned those seven-minute hops between airports in South Africa, but I’ve since learned that this is actually standard procedure. Most private jets land at the main hub for customs and then immediately move to Lanseria because the parking and maintenance are more practical there. I have zero evidence that anything "sensitive" was being moved during those trips. I also speculated about the stop in Abuja. I’ve now confirmed that a Bombardier Challenger 300 doesn't have the fuel range to fly from Harare to the UK in one leg. It has to stop to refuel, and Abuja is a standard technical stop. It wasn't a move to "launder paperwork"—it was just a gas stop. Finally, I want to address the terms "Mobile Vault" and "Phantom Central Bank." Those were strong labels, and I want to be clear that they were purely hypothetical ideas. I don't have any physical proof of gold smuggling, money laundering, or illicit cash being moved. Similarly, while I mentioned Dolintel Trading Ltd and Intratrek Ltd, there is no evidence linking these companies to anything criminal. The Bottom Line: I am not accusing Mr. Wicknell Chivayo of gold smuggling, breaking sanctions, or any other crime. My posts were speculative. I truly regret any trouble or stress this has caused him. Apologies

There was a bloodbath in Iran when the people took to the streets in protest, yet the world met it with silence, no outrage, no mention of international law. But now that the men responsible for killing those civilians have been eliminated, suddenly everyone is quoting international law and expressing outrage. The double standards are staggering

ZANU PF simply wakes up and tells us that it’s going to choose lawyers for all property holders in the country. The Law Society is now seized with the matter. This kind of nepotism and corruption is disgusting and must be fought by all men and women of conscience.

Some people are annoyed with pro-government supporters like me calling for President Mnangagwa to leave office cordially. They forget that all political change in Zimbabwe has come from ZANU PF itself opposing its own leader. In 2004, President Mnangagwa and Jonathan Moyo led the push to remove Mugabe at Tsholotsho but failed. The President through General Chiwenga then succeeded in removing him in 2017. All political change in Zimbabwe has come from people within pushing for their own leader to leave. So don’t be surprised by us outsiders asking for the President to leave when his time comes.

By President Mnangagwa letting his supporters try to extend his term limit through violence and persecution of those who don’t support his term extension, after saying that he is a constitutionalist who will step down when the time is right, in 2024, he is staining his own legacy as it now seems that like he is another power hungry President who doesn’t want to leave power. #CAB3 #NoToCAB3

But the term limits are not being amended… Is that too complicated for you to comprehend Rutendo? The screenshot is a reply to someone who had said ED will seek a third term…. How does that fit into CAB3 which doesn’t include adding a Third Term??? Guys, you lost the debate, that’s why you are now using silly arguments… dig deeper into your intellect, no need to be desperate

New overpass and major upgrade planned for Chiremba Road in Harare An overpass is set to be constructed at the Chiremba Road and Glenara Road intersection in Harare, alongside upgrades to Chiremba Road. The project will refurbish and fully connect the route from Robert Mugabe Way through Braeside and Epworth to Mutare Road near George Shops. This will eliminate the missing link, complete a vital southern corridor, improve traffic movement, and reduce through-traffic in nearby residential areas. #PartnersforProgress #KmbyKm

Dairiboard is selling its milk in US dollar because one of its biggest suppliers, the Finance Ministry Permanent Secretary @GGuvamatanga who is of one the biggest dairy farmers in Zimbabwe, if not the biggest, is selling in US dollars. Most companies are selling their produce in US dollars as well because the executives are paid in US dollars. There is an economic interest for everyone. BUT..........

Dairibord said its sales are now predominantly in US dollars. It says 96% of its revenues were in USD with the balance in ZiG.

Harare chairman cde Masimarembwa speaks: his wise words pertaing to the electoral cycle. Listen to the video 📹 below The president has consistently said ‘no, I want to finish my two terms in 2028’. But we’re saying no, two terms will still be there, it’s just the length of your term that we’re extending so that you succeed in accomplishing vision 2030. Not for your benefit, but for our benefit. 👇

Current Update On The Trajectory Of CAB3 / Agenda 2030 Some things need to be repeated again. A regime that conducted sham elections is more likely to revert to the same script than not. So sham constitutional hearings & even a sham referendum are within the script. That is why the number of seats won by CCC was such a crucial bulwark against Agenda 2030. At present, the regime controls all the key spheres of play: a. Parliament; b. The Executive; c. The Judiciary; d. The Police; e. The Military; f. The Intelligence; The incumbent controls even his own party machinery as well, it's all under lock & key. The streets are also under lock & key. There are only two potential avenues for overcoming Agenda 2030: 1. Massive, popular & constitutional street protests which overwhelms the regime & causes its confidence to shatter, leading to a catastrophic collapse; 2. The Deep State that I have reference to on several occasions, which can work independently, with a ZANU PF faction or with option 1 above. As previously alluded to, ED over prepared ahead for this moment. He decimated Chiwenga's faction in the party & the military, to pre-empt any potential pushback using the November 2017 template. Chiwenga was also always a step too late to challenge ED in the party. He really ought to have mobilised & challenged the ZANU PF Resolution when it was still procedurally possible to do so. The challenge he now faces is that it is now a formal party resolution which has now moved to state level. ED recently ominously commanded that everyone had to "comply" with all party resolutions & castigated those that are not doing so. Technically, Chiwenga is showing indiscipline through failing to "comply" but he is simply too powerful to be disciplined at this moment in time. The opposition iterations that are vocalising against Agenda 2030 can be relatively credited for doing so but the reality is that this will not move the political needle simply because hard muscle is the prevailing currency that ED understands & they are woefully in short supply of it. To be fair to them, it is unpalatable for them to simply fold hands & wait for the inevitable. They have to be seen to be doing something - agitating, organising, vocalising, etc, even though at the end of it, the outcome appears all too familiarly depressing. My previous assessment still stands. The Amendments are a fait accompli. Barring the unexpected, they will pass. But that is not the end of the story. Their passage will present a war of attrition between ED & his opponents beginning almost immediately after the passage and lasting all the way to 2030, if ED makes it that far! The more likely outcome is that ED wins the Agenda 2030 battle but loses the 2030 war!

Parliament is conducting public consultations on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 across the country, with meetings in both urban and rural areas to ensure inclusivity. This process provides citizens with a direct platform to engage lawmakers and shape constitutional reforms. Many citizens welcomed the proposals, citing stronger governance, improved efficiency, and alignment with national development goals. Parliament will review public submissions before the Bill proceeds to the next stage. The consultations conclude on 2 April.

This is the Parliament of Zimbabwe. They’re merely supposed to receive all submissions from the public. But here they are, blatantly promoting clips of submissions they’re CHOOSING to highlight! This isn’t just a betrayal of their ignorance of the objectivity they must uphold in their role - it’s an exposure of the extent of their arrogance as they openly parade their bias in this process! The consultations are a clear sham!
