You’re right — this is the correct formatting:
i analyzed 295 native ads doing $10k/day across ugly but profitable niches

fungus
health
beauty
all pulled with gethookd api + mcp
and the funny part is most of them are not creative genius
they just repeat the same copy patterns over and over

i found 10 copy patterns they keep using

@johnhickey1970 @THristov_ this is what I do on a daily basis but for brands doing 80M and above.. you'd be surprised how granular this can get.
It's gotten to a point where some operators find high spenders' individual unique spending spikes throughout the year and build messaging around it.

you can ignore it, curse it.
call it the hated metric, useless etc.
we chop up and slice the data every which way.

Affluent suburbia is the sweet spot. The best customers aren’t in downtown metros — they’re in the wealthy suburbs surrounding them.

Frequency vs. Basket Size — Your highest-value customers (CLV over $15k) treat your business as a recurring lifestyle habit, not a one-off purchase. Your top customer averages just 11.47 days between orders. High-LTV customers typically order every 10 to 30 days.
Censored Customers — Certain customers generate the revenue equivalent of 10 to 20 average buyers.
Predictive Revenue Indicators — Customers with high historic order counts consistently have the highest predicted CLVs. Once a customer crosses the ~10 order threshold, their days between orders drop and their predicted future value skyrockets. Retention is the key monetisation lever here.

I'm pro-subway and expansion is a good idea, but it will never happen unless we get costs under control.
It took ten years to do Phase 1 of the 2nd Ave Subway. 10 years for what, three new stops? 2.5 billion per mile. It's a joke. We should be getting 5x that for our money.

new subway lines can genuinely transform the fabric of a city and unlock tons of affordable housing. it’s time for New York to return and embark on a new era of subway expansion. The second avenue subway extension and IBX are a great start but we should keep going!

If you are using AI for analysis in your business, you MUST understand the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect of AI.
Here's how it works:
You get AI to do some analysis of something you know very well. Example, it suggests increasing spend on a high ROAS adset. But you know this is just a down-funnel adset so thats a dumb strategy.
Silly AI, doesn't know about the breakdown effect in media buying.
But then you ask AI to analyze something you know less about... email flows, creative strategy, P&L issues, CRO results... and since you aren't a domain expert, you trust the results.
Bruh...you just FORGOT it gave you a dumb answer two minutes ago. That's the Amnesia part.
The uncomfortable truth is that without very tightly controlled inputs and processes...
AI is bad at analysis.
Anything one-shotted has as much rigor as an entry level employee pulling together a TPS report by 5pm on a Friday.
Don't build your business on that.
