This Google Maps Lead Gen Agent is absolutely insane 🤯 Enter a keyword, city, & state → get back names, phone numbers, emails, websites, & reviews. All inside Google Antigravity + Claude Code. Perfect for agencies and lead gen operators who need prospecting data without paying insane SaaS fees. Here's the problem: You're manually searching Google Maps. Clicking through listings one by one, copy-pasting phone numbers into a spreadsheet. It takes hours to build a decent lead list. This scraper solves it: → Enter your keyword (plumber, dentist, realtor, etc.) → Pick your city and state → Set the number of results you want → Hit search and let Apify do the scraping → Save leads you like to a bookmark list No manual searching, no copy-pasting, no paying $200/month for a lead gen tool. What you get: - Full search results with business info - Bookmark feature to save your best leads - Search history to track past scrapes - Option to host it on Replit so your team can use it Built 100% with Claude Code & Antigravity. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how I built this from scratch, plus all the prompts I used. Want all the prompts I used for Claude Code so you can build it yourself? > Like this post > Comment "LEADS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM) @techwithashiqur

NYC pols are killing the real estate trade, the largest contributor to its tax base, little by little. One council person has a bad experience because he had to pay a fee to find an apt, so he comes up with this. What’s missing is that the tenant will ultimately pay the fee.
The Real Deal@trdny

The @NYCCouncil approved the FARE Act, which would spare tenants from having to pay brokers they didn’t hire. There’s debate over what constitutes “hiring” a broker. @REBNY says the bill will raise rents. therealdeal.com/new-york/2024/…

It’s not the snap. Just look at the trajectory of his kicks from last year until now. Up until about 2 years ago, the ball would explode, seemingly up and up, only to be stopped by the net behind the uprights. His kicks used to slam into the netting. Now the ball looks very regular off his leg, curling and hooking a bit, without the pop. Falling and fading into the netting. The leg isn’t there and (speculation time) his accuracy is suffering as he tries to account for that or the overall loss of power makes it more susceptible to wind and weather and variables like snap and hold.

@earley_benjamin @GarrettSprints We arguably don’t even have the worst pass defense in the league this year. It’s just really really bad, but it could certainly be worse.

Hamilton being okay is such a good break for the Ravens Losing him would’ve sent this defense down a dark and lonely path

@earley_benjamin In fairness, it’s actually based loosely upon a convo I had w someone today. I think the life choices people at that level make are interesting (and utterly foreign from my own).

You’re worth $300mm. Two of your closest friends are billionaires. You’re 55. Do you enjoy your $300mm, or bet big and try to catch up to your friends?

I like New York City but the Mexican food here is pretty much a joke compared to California.

@Molson_Hart Couldn’t agree with this take any less. Contracts are important for setting the expectations, boundaries and limits of a relationship. 1,2,3 and 6 are great. They pair really nicely with a mutually negotiated contract.

You will run into people in business who love their 9 page contract, the little clause on page 7, which gives them a hidden advantage in your contractual relationship with them. It really gives them pleasure. There are also people who LOVE a complex financial transaction or will spend months setting up a web of LLCs so that under no circumstances they will have no liability for anything. Oh and if they do have liability, they've got some weird loan between them and something else that pays before whatever they owe you. For them, this is business, they love it. It gives them pleasure to find the little tricks. For me, and I hope, many of you, this is not business. This is drudgery and a waste of time. Instead, I suggest: 1. A focus on product and service over legalism 2. Eye contact 3. Firm handshake 4. 1 page contract 5. No contract because we worked out over email 6. And treating the other person right, not for them or heaven or any that, but for you, because not only will you feel better this way, but, with the right partner, you might make more money in the long-run too This is what I like and what we need to get back to in this country.
