Man @eastsidemarios has gone downhill.
Not only were the plates at our table dirty (like straight from the dish tub to our table) our 30-minute wait for our lunch resulted in them bringing me the wrong food, which I had to eat because we were short of time.
@BryanPassifiume@eastsidemarios They served me wine in a stemless glass but they redeemed themselves with the bonus lipstick smudge on it. No need to reapply my own.
Ordered from @eastsidemarios through @UberEats. My cheese fritti was missing and there was a hair in my pesto spaghetti. Contacted Uber support and only received useless boilerplate responses. No resolution provided. No refund for the missing item. 👎🏻
@eastsidemarios complete fail at your @Ptbo_Canada location tonight. Bread 1/2 cooked, wrong order for my wife. Manager comped it at least. Server looked like she would rather have been elsewhere, maybe you should help her with that
@eastsidemarios 28 dollars for FOUR ravioli is ridiculous, 17 four 2.86 ounces of spinach dip us as well. Got more bread than dip. And caesar for garden dressing. Thank you. 🙄
Umm, can someone at @eastsidemarios tell me how on earth 78 chicken parmigianas are set for pick-up at 6:30 PM? I've been at the restaurant since 5:20 PM, and the servers mentioned that this is the second Saturday in a row that this has happened.
What kind of restaurant allows 78 chicken parmigianas for takeout with zero advance notice on a Saturday night? The staff didn’t inform us that there would be a wait. One of the servers was very apologetic, though.
@eastsidemarios very disappointed in the quality and quantity of food for prices charged. It's disgusting! $28 for piece of lasagna that is 2 bites. Taking advantage of customers is wrong.
Ordered @eastsidemarios through their own app and when I showed up to pick it up, the restaurant was closed today. Why the hell is the app accepting orders and sending a confirmation email?
@eastsidemarios tonight was an experience 🤦♀️ Dinner before drinks, (drinks served an hour after sitting down) ice in pitcher of beer (who does that?), all you can eat pasta (was not all you can eat) cold and under cooked. Asked for bread 6x and never got it. Do better ….
