SO incredibly disappointed w/ @Airbnb @airbnbhelp customer service. We booked a place for the Christmas holiday to relax & enjoy a family break however this was NOT possible. The place was cute, as pictured, the host remotely answered questions prior to& upon arrival. However...

VERY disappointed with how little @airbnb values or cares for it's customers these days.

airbnb still has not taken this seriously and assigned someone who went on holiday only to return and offer one night credit to use on their site. We want a refund AND at this stage some compensation.

@AmazonHelp tried to buy computer with points, ended up charging Visa card.Been given endless incorrect advice & still have not got promised full refund
