@ArtCandee Im think8ng that dress is a referral to JohnSingerSargent. The portrait subject had one of her straps down around her shoulder.And it caused this big scandal, and the artist had to go back and put the strap back onto her shoulder.Because it was causing people.Such problems

If he owns the house she shouldn’t pay anything in “rent” they can split utilities but unless he’s going to marry her she’s not getting any equity in that house and he is. You’re not supposed to become a landlord over your romantic partner
