Shopify just fined our business $56,250 and added us to MATCH with almost no real explanation.
We processed legitimate orders and provided tracking + supplier documentation.
We’ve tried cooperating fully, but support has been extremely limited.

You disabled our Shopify Payments accusing us of "misleading content » , our product is 100% legit, zero false claims. We had the exact same hold on another Shopify shop, resolved in 24h. Now we have sent 4 emails, and 0 answer for a week. Our funds are frozen for 120 days and it’s unacceptable. Looking for a way to solve this problem.

We received a FAKE DMCA on nearly 20M$ brand that suspended all our products
We are an established brand of 2 years, fully protected with trademark & patent, generating $1M+ every month.
Yet ALL our products just got suspended because of a DMCA filed by a fake account created 10 days ago — using OUR images with OUR logo still on them.
A platform of this scale should protect real merchants, not enable this kind of fraud to happen so easily.
Suspending an established brand while protecting scammers is negligence at best, complicity at worst.
What are you going to do for that now??? Let us wait 10-15 business days to receive an answer??
